I thought this place would be quiet at night but it ended up being noisier than in Taxco with all the dogs in the property and outside the property and noisy late-night drinkers outside the room.

Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi connection. Really nice sunset and views

Under Construction Hotel

The property is splited in two. If you pick the rooms with two beds, you will have to stay on the section wich is under constrution, no security, no wifi and out of the main property.

The property is beautiful very nice very clean very quiet only eight minutes ride with the TAXI that cost 45 pesos which is two dollars and some couple of sense the stuff was unbelievable they went backwards to please me I would definitely recommend it very highly

Esta un poco alejado del centro del pueblo, por lo que si quieres salir en la noche a pasear por ahi tendras que tener auto o pagar taxi. Está cerca del cristo. Las habitaciones bien. La habitacion para 6 personas no tiene vista, y se siente un poco encerrado. Es buena opcion por el precio si tienes auto y tambien si quieres piscina. En general si volveríamos a hospedarnos aqui.

En general es un lugar tranquilo, es además de hotel un balneario el cual tiene el agua un poco fría pero uno se va aclimatando. Tiene una tienda donde se pueden comprar una buena variedad de alimentos hechos al momento o empaquetados. El restaurante buffet muy bueno, gran variedad de comida mexicana. Desafortunadamente esa noche hubo evento de una quinceañera que terminó por medianoche lo cual no nos dejó dormir bien.
