So bad experience

I trust hotels.com because it says this hotel was 3 stars then pictures were ok, but, been in there is so bad, indeed I cancelled and sent and e-mail with pictures about how it looks and I want my whole refund.

Hotel Victoria is about like camping.

Hotel Victoria had no reviews on Hotels.com but I took the chance to stay there. It is situated on a beautiful spot, overlooking Taxco. That's the extent of the positive comments. The room was dirty, beds were dirty, holes in the thin, old blankets. Pillows were old. Sheets were clean, I believe, but thread bare. The bathroom was very ancient and dirty. The lighting was dim. The room was large and so there were two double beds in one room and in the extra room, there was a dirty couch and table. We reserved the room for four adults but received two towels and one bar of soap. There was no hot water until we asked them to turn it on in the morning. Also, when we requested more towels, a very nice old woman delivered them quickly but they were thin and had holes.

Si bien es cierto que le hace falta mantenimiento, también es muy cierto que es un lugar muy tranquilo y está muy cerca del centro, tiene una excelente vista a la catedral.

Muy cerca del centro, buena ubicación

Nos atendieron muy bien son atentos y amables, el problema es el hotel que como en nuestro caso nos toco una de las ultimas habitaciones no llegaba el agua caliente tardaba más de 10 min en calentar el agua de la ducha, no contaba con mucha limpieza la habitación. A pesar de eso tiene mucho potencial el hotel pero no le sacan partido, tiene buena ubicación, tiene muy bonita vista de todo el centro de taxco y grandes espacios que puede aprovechar.

ES UN FRAUDE

Escribo esta reseña para que nadie más caigan en el mismo error, es la peor estancia de mi vida, a ese lugar no se le puede llamar hotel, esta en condiciones totalmente insalubres y deplorables de limpieza, de verdad no debe trabajar expedia con este lugar. Es un engaño, y el costo es totalmente irreal al nulo servicio que ofrece el hotel. Es una lastima que existan este tipo de lugares, desalientan el turismo y afectan la buena imagen de Taxco.

Hotel cerca de Santa Prisca y zócalo

El hotel fue muy bonito, pero ahora se siente muy descuidado, tiene muy ellas vistas ya desde ahí se puede ver la bella iglesia de Santa Prisca. Ojalá le inviertan más en detalles como toallas, cortinas y la limpieza, para hacerlo un mejor jotel

Me volvería a quedar pero hace falta limpieza

La ubicación que se tiene en Maps no es la correcta, marca muchos metros antes la entrada y por ser un lugar de difícil acceso por las calles angostas, provoca molestia a los conductores que vienen atrás. Me volvería a quedar solo que creo que sería bueno revisar la limpieza de las habitaciones ya que encontré artículos de uso personal en varias partes, los focos no funcionaban de manera correcta y la bañera estaba en muy malas condiciones de limpieza. El acceso a la alberca es complicado creo qued deberían dejar abierta la reja de ambos accesos.
