Amazing central public area. The rooms were away from the busy road and very quiet.
Fantastic location and beautiful historic hotel a perfect combination for a stay in Taos.
We stay at the Taos Inn every January for our annual ski trip. We love it. Doc Martins has great food. We love the daily music and atmosphere. Friendly service. Beautiful area.
Comfortable room
Great place to stay, everything in walkable distance. Rooms are great, bed is nice, large bathroom. Fireplaces are cozy.
This is the type of place you dream of and hope it still exists in America. An authentic landmark that connects community with history and where locals also gather to share a perfect Margarita, story, and music. A true gem.
Quiet , historic and friendly staff.
The only thing good I have to say is that the location was great, the mattress was comfortable, and the shower water was plentiful and hot. Check-in was a hassle. The room was dirty, shoddy, and dark, nothing like the photos. Blinds were broken, so we could not open them to let in light. No drawers in which to store our folded clothes. Small closet stuffed with full size ironing board and iron. No skirt hangers. No storage in bathroom. Only enough room for toothbrushes and toothpaste. Noisy until 9 p.m. when band stopped playing. Also, people standing outside our window using cell phones. Free coffee in the morning, but there was a charge for muffins. Food in dining room overpriced, even for a tourist destination. We found a better, much less expensive place to eat.
It was very close to the city square. There was no fridge in the room but that was okay.
I loved everything about the hotel! The staff could’ve been a little more attentive and friendly, but other than that it was a great experience.
LOve the fireplace!! Wish the bathroom was a little more updated
I loved the room. Loved the fireplace and what a unique propery
It is a beautiful historic building. None of the beautiful historic parts were open. It is in a town popular in the winter. Water in the room stopped working because it got too cold.
All was pretty good. Office does not open until 10 am which seemed late. Also no glasses for bathroom, not even plastic. Excellent location. Good restaurant in hotel.
