The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Our room, 111 was nicely appointed with comfortable, charming furniture and the bed was great for sleeping. Doc Martin, the restaurant next door was so delish that we ate there both nights. They had a band that played on Sat night that was really good and people danced between the tables. Fun atmosphere and since the band starts early, they are done by 9:00 so the hotel quiet’s down for the evening after late.

Amazing stay! The staff were super nice! They even game us an upgrade on our room! The area around the inn is amazing! Would highly recommend. Will also say the bed is very firm.

I’m staying in a room with two single beds on the second floor of the main building. The room is old, small, and worn out. The floor creaks loudly with every step, and the lobby downstairs gets very noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. The location is convenient since it’s in the city center, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Cocktails, Charm & Doc Martin’s

I had a very pleasant stay at the Taos Inn. It’s close to everything and carries the old charm you just don’t find in cookie-cutter rooms. The character of the inn is a true plus. A meal at Doc Martin’s is a must, and don’t miss a late patio visit with a cocktail while people-watching the patrons of Taos. The Taos Inn is now a must-stay on my return trips.
