Clean rooms and nicely decorated

The staff was wonderful!! My husband lost his phone and they went above and beyond trying to help us! By far the BEST customer service on our vacation:) Everything else about the hotel was great too!

horrible management - overcharged me by $3000 and would not take/return a call for 3 weeks. Finally got an illiterately worded email after filing credit card dispute that partial refund would come. Still waiting....

Very nice people and pretty good rooms and amenities (what you expect from Hampton Inn). Only issue was lack of hot water at times, which can really put a damper on things.

Good location with great dining options nearby.

Don’t stay here!! It is old, not clean and not well maintained. Breakfast was horrid. We had to go to a local restaurant.

The staff was excellent and responsive. We dealt with everyone from the maintenance man working hard to keep the parking area shoveled, , the housekeepers who do an excellent job, front desk who were polite and helpful, and the general manager who seems to be always there and personally addresses your concerns.

Toilet. Everything is stained and worn out. No pool because of the plandemic BS (despite CHLORINATED WATER will kill anything, but I digress) the room stunk upon arrival. The couch in the room was disgusting. The entire place is a total let-down. Go across the street to Sagebrush, at least they have charm.

Lobyy was closed so they did not serve breakfast. Receptionist was fine room was in great shape.

No dresser in room. Two people skiing with a lot of stuff. Had to place our stuff on floor, tables, chairs, etc. They really need dresser. Very small closet. Very clean and nice. Great breakfast and lobby. Good parking. Large room and bathroom.

Staff was wonderful! Very personal and gave us suggestions of places to see and resturants.

Hotel is decent. Our door to our room would not close properly. The hotel is loud. We were on the first floor, and could hear the people above us A LOT! They serve snacks in the afternoon, and you can have some, if you're the lucky one to arrive in time for the few snacks that they put out. Does anyone re-stock the snacks? Breakfast was terrible; over cooked egg omelettes, yuk tamales and not enough creamer for the coffee.

Loud construction until 7p on the floor above. Furnishings all showing heavy wear- halls and room. The most unsatisfactory Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in.

Basic Hampton Standards are met, but be careful when checking in. Staff not very friendly; they try to give you the worst available room first, although the Hotel is not running full house. I only managed, to get an acceptable room, when I confronted them, that plenty of room were still up for grabs ob the Internet

They Hampton Inn in Taos was a positive experience. The location was convientiient and the hotel was clean and well-kept. We've stayed several places in Taos on previous visits and this has been the nicest.

The only drawback is the location, out of town about 6 miles but parking in town is plentiful so that's minor. Otherwise this is an excellent value. Everything is well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. A great nights sleep!

We needed to be at this end of town. Was confortable, quiet and clean.

I was travelling with my 81 year-old father and our room was not ready for check-in at the time promised. We had to wait an hour and was told "5 more minutes, 5 more minutes" until I got upset and asked for a discount or some compensation. I was promised a refund [...] which I have never received. They were quick to get us checked out before the check-out time with maids knocking on our door early in the morning despite the "Privacy Please" sign on our door.

Good service, clean room, BIG TV! Very friendly breakfast lady.

Thank you for your review, we really value the feedback. We are constantly renovating and updating our rooms to prevent things from being worn out and I'm sorry you experienced that. I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. It is a shame that the state mandate will not allow us to open our pools, but we are taking the time to renovate and update.
