Pool was closed, no ice available, room was decent. No available transportation. Restaurants in the immediate area closed early or never opened so limited food source.
The split AC was very noisy. Could not sleep. we need to turn the AC off and on in the middle of nights.
People were complaining about how nasty the hotel rooms were while I was standing in line to check in. Then, all of a sudden they didn’t have a room for us. We drove hours and came to find out we didn’t even have a place to rest or stay. They had the reservation but no room. Only thing they could say was “sorry about that, what would you like to do?” Place was dirty and walls cracked and falling apart in the lobby. I can only imagine what the rooms were like. Especially with the complaints about pubic hair everywhere in the rooms.
The hotel didn't have an elevator, but we managed. And the upstairs ice machine didn't work well. Other than that, it was an excellent place to stay.
Very efficient & courteous check-in. Good beds. Clean. Couldn't use pool or hot tub.
When I was making the reservation, both rooms showed as pet-friendly, in the check-in process I learned the kingside room was not pet-friendly so I have to share the room with my relatives that they don't like pets, very inconvenient for me and for my relatives; pet-friendly in not clear and in top of that I have to pay $20 per dog so a paid $40 more that were not specified when I booked the room. They blamed Orbitz and said next time book directly with them. This is what I have to do next time Orbitz?
Older hotel, decor and furnishings. Bed comfortable but pillows lumpy. Could easily hear noise in other rooms. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Room had inside door facing hallway, and outer door that opened to the parking lot which was convenient for loading and unloading your suitcases. Road construction outside front of hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast included.
The charge was $5 higher per room than what I registered for on Orbitz.
We had an enjoyable stay, pool and Jacuzzi nice, breakfast was good.
I've stayed here before, now the owner has taken the bar out of the hotel in order to sell the license wish he would have used the hundreds of thousands to improve the hotel and upgrade it. In the past they served a real hot cooked to order breakfast,, now they serve the same microwave quality scrambled eggs and sausage as the other Quality Inns. Just not the same, OK at best
The hotel rooms need upgrading. The bed was wonderful, had a great night's sleep. Checking in was a pleasure.
Needs serious updating I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
The hotel is located well about 2 miles from the Plaza. The pool was closed for maintenance for the four days of my stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. For the price it was quite adequate.
