Nice rooms, courteous staff.

The decor is outstanding, traditional yet modern, and the attention to detail in the lobby area and restaurant is a tribute to native New Mexican culture. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the outstanding mural that covers one wall adds a feeling of spaciousness even though there is no view. My only recommendation is that I would appreciate the choice of a room with a bathtub as I am a "soaker" after a long day, and don't always wish to use the more public facilities.

Thought this would be a fancy hotel for what they charged. It was a "motel on the highway". Separated buildings. No connecting halls. Room doors to the outside, not to an interior hall. Ice and snow on the sidewalks and stairs. Unsafe. Noisy hockey kids everywhere. No breakfast included. Mediocre breakfast for $40. Not a good value for $400 per night! Will stay somewhere else next time, like the Hampton Inn.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was large and they had many places to sit outside if you want to socialize. The rooms were very new.

The staff who checked us in was brusque and not very friendly. She basically gave us the keys, had us sign the form, gave us direction to the room and dismissed us with no other information about the hotel, wifi etc. Of the 6 hotels we’ve stayed at this trip, this had the least friendly or comprehensive service though the room was nice

Really nice indoor pool.

Location

I loved how there were separate buildings, almost like a campus. The main building and its restaurant were beautiful. My room was quite nice. I did have to ask for the blackout shades as mine had been removed, but the maintenance crew replaced them quickly.

Very nice hotel - staff was friendly, room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and price was reasonable for a location in the Taos area

Nice place

Pleasant layout

Modern rooms/bathrooms, friendly staff, clean, close to town and well priced

I wanted to eat breakfast at the restaurant but was unable to do so because of a rotary meeting and a new chef. They did apologize and gave me a free pet deposit. All of the staff is very polite and helpful.

Very nice , I will definitely come back again soon

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Not too far from Taos Plaza. We didn't use the pool or go to the restaurant, but they both looked nice.

Unfortunately when arriving we had a large puddle in front of the refrigerator because it was left open thankfully it was not broken but it took a while for the frdge to get cold. The heat lamp in the bathroom was burn out. And on the 2nd day we did not receive fresh towels . The front desk attendants were great and the lobby was decorated beautifully with great southwest flair

It had a cool lobby, bar and restaurant with a Southwest, New Mexico style
