I could never get into the apartment; they never sent me the code. They contacted me the next day, and when I tried to call the number they gave me via email, the person hung up on me three times before answering. Then they told me someone would contact me quickly, but they didn't. I had to rent another place to stay, and when I told them I wanted my money back, they finally contacted me quickly, but it was too late.
