Great property and convenient location.

Booked this property to house myself and four coworkers for a conference at the convention center. The house was excellent. Everything was clean and welcoming. Decide was tasteful and comfortable. We had a great stay. The property was as described and looked just like the pictures. We were able to walk to coffee and some breakfast places in the am. Several of our party walked to Riverwalk/Iron Works and U Tampa and a few scootered back, which was super convenient. We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Sportsplex and the commute back and forth was easy. The rooms and beds were furnished nicely and were super comfy! The living spaces easily accommodated our group of 10. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to eat in for a few meals. Chris was super helpful and was easy to reach with any questions we had. Thanks so much for the amazing accommodations for great Tampa stay!

Lovely family weekend.

The house was great for having family dinners, playing card games, and watching football! The house was clean and well kept; the beds were comfy and the layout was great with ample flexibility of use. Convenient to pretty much anything you would need, including public pickleball courts! The Perfect Place

This home was perfect for my family. Everything was just as viewed on the VRBO site. The rooms are big and roomy, nicely decorated and cleaner than clean. The central location worked out for us—everyplace we needed to go was no more than a fifteen minute drive. Our host stayed in constant contact. We visit Tampa quite frequently and will stay here every trip if possible.
