Great food, awesome staff, super clean and welcoming...would definitely stay here again!!!!

Very good hotel. Very good to sleep because you don't hear a noise. Breakfast buffet is nice. Friendly staff.

Great room, easy check-in and out, plus a good in-house restaurant.

Booked room through orbitz Upon checking hotel would only provide a ground floor room saying that was what the orbitz rate entitled us to and that we could not have a higher floor.t turned out to be a handicapped accessible room which we did not need or like which also had several large heat pumps/air conditioning compressors right outdide the window. The hotel is looking worn - walls, carpeting , etc And could use updating . The room hvac was loud. Location was convenient to airport and highway

Beds were broken and we slept in a "hole" if the collapsed mattress. Also the tv was unwatchable since it could not keep a signal. The room service and food was excellent.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. The room was decent, but the beds were not really comfortable. The last night at the hotel I had a roach in my bed, and my friend found one in her luggage. I told the front desk agent at check out. I did not think this is something I would encounter at an HGI as I've stayed in several of their properties. At no point did he seem to care, all he said is "this time of the year the weather brings reaches". We stayed the last night at Sheraton riverwalk! It was a nicer property.

We chose this hotel because it is a Hilton & close to Tampa airport. Our stay was not so much part of a vaca choice as it was a close proximity to Tampa Intl. Took less than 5 min to get to AA departure/arrival terminal. Lots of construction surrounding hotel but across street pkg was great. Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable and although we were only overnight guests, it was a totally convenient & pleasant stay.

Wonderful Hotel GO, Go , Go , Go ,gO <go ,go, Go

We were only in Tampa for one day. I purposely chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport. We had a 7:30 AM flight and therefore needed to be at the airport around 5:30 or 6:00 AM. It was so easy to get there.

The hotel staff was exceptional. I actually booked at a hotel across the street and they only had smoking rooms. They offered me a room at this hotel and it was complimentary. Everyone was so nice and the hotel was clean.

We went on a family vacation over Christmas break. We have an 8 and 5 year old. The first night we just crashed in the hotel... The next morning the fun began. We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and all of tampas attractions. For this, I give it 5 stars. The front desk staff was super accommodating and let us book the adjoining room for two nights at a discount because the hotel wasn't full. The pool was nice, clean, and had an seated edge that the kids could hang on to all the way around. The only negative was the restaurant. The food was great, but then the bill came. My husband went down to the restaurant the first night and asked about breakfast . The manager said it was buffet style and if you just got a little from the continental (cold stuff like cereal, fruit) as he pointed to the area then it was included and the kids could eat anything for free. So, the next morning down we went. The kids had bacon and eggs and my husband and I had cereal and some fruit. We walked out to go to Busch gardens and were chased down by a waitress who said the manager needed to see us. He handed us a bill for $7.95 x 2 $15.90 ... What? So my husband calmly explained what we had been told and they said sorry and they voided the bill and we left . So that night we talked to front desk again and said tomorrow for breakfast the continental is free, correct? They said yes. Day 2 - we repeated the breakfast and again were given a bill. Well I was mortified and my husband calmly explained again what we had been told. He offered to pay just because we didn't want to be pegged as bill skippers but management once again voided the bill. So, honestly , we have no idea what the actual deal is with breakfast. While $16 doesn't seem like a big deal , it would be nice if there was a sign or something that let you know so you could avoid the embarrassment of being chased outside by staff as the rest of the diners watched .

I usually stay at Marriott properties but booked here with a colleague. Nice, approachable dining area for people traveling either alone or in groups. Loved the Keurig in the room, wish Marriott had those. Long wait at check in but staff was very aware of the issue and apologized profusely and gave out complimentary bottled water. Very good place for a business stay.

Very nice & clean. Close to airport easy to find. Good parking.

Perfect choice for a one-day business meeting. Food was great. Shuttle was perfect.

The airport was situated close to the hotel, Staff was very efficient, professional, and rooms were very clean. Access to interstate and most food joints was a plus. OK for kids, nothing special here. I would stay here again.

Hotel is convenient. That is all. Room was inadequate.

Our experience at the hotel was great. We were staying here while looking for a community to move to near Tampa International and the gulf. The quick trip to the area communities was very advantageous. The adjustable beds are a must for us, and these were great. It's one of the primary reasons for staying at a Hilton Garden Inn...even over staying at a Hilton.

The room was about the same as most places. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. I only had 2 disapointments. The fire alarm in our room had a low battery and beeped every few minutes; at 5 in the morning. There should be a schedule to replace them so that doesn't happen. Secondly, the cable station choices were deplorable. There was no guide or description of what was on or scheduled. All in all it was great. A restaurant with all 3 meals.

I had a nice room, nothing great. A little expensive for what you get. The best part was the shuttle service. It's very close to the airport and they will drive you to the area malls as well.

This hotel was very nice....excellent beds, pillows, bathroom was wonderful, very spacious. Great parking.
