Evgenia was a wonderful host and her place was cozy, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a short stay and enjoyed walking around the beautiful neighborhood. It is very safe and quiet. My husband and I had a car but enjoy walking-if you are like us you’ll like walking to area coffee shops and to the walk along the bay. We walked all the way to Hyde Park village which was gorgeous the whole way.Would recommend to any single person or couple staying in Tampa - very comfortable and safe accommodation with a great host.

The host and thoughtful amenities stood out most. She was very communicative, responsive, and checked in to be sure I had everything I needed. The space is a clean, newly converted garage with nice touches like tea/coffee and a mini water and snack on arrival. It’s a small, efficiently designed space suitable for one or two people. The bedroom is just a little bigger than the queen sized bed so it’s not as large as a hotel room, but the convenience of check in/out along with amenities like a private patio and grill were great extras that you don’t usually get with a hotel.
