Great hotel, management and staff are wonderful.
This hotel is being renovated. I never saw or heard any work being done, great site management. There are a few floors that are complete, and I was fortunate to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. Nice job, quality and I will use this hotel for my Tampa trips.

Old furniture and terrible service
When I checked in my first room it looked terrible! The furniture in the photo below clearly has old blood stains everywhere on it. When I showed them the pic they said it’s just an old couch we put you in a different room. When I checked out early the lady at the front charged my card multiple times at least $260 dollars and said it was a mistake she don’t know how the first person checked me in and she is unable to check me out. Next day they charged my card again for $60 for a service fee of checking out early before check out time; I checked out 5am. No room service to the room unless your staying more than 3 days! Just unbelievable, I would never stay here again!

I was surprise by the place was newly renovated my room was large with nice seating area clean and comfortable, everyone is nice and professional . Mike the driver for the shuttle is super helpful! 😊 will be back.
