We were visiting for an event downtown at the convention center. This was a perfect location, only about a 7 minute Uber ride to get there. Very cute house in a beautiful neighborhood! Very clean and stocked with everything we needed!

Really enjoyed this property’s set up. Great for a family trip. Location is close to restaurants and shopping while also easy to navigate to golf courses in the area. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to explore the Tampa area and or a nice long weekend trip. Host was excellent at communicating and made the whole process a breeze.

Nice place in a very convenient location. Very comfortable. It is an older house, which makes it a cool place to stay, don't take that as cute or quaint or anything like that describes a cramped space. Lots of room to sprawl out. I give this quaint little gem a 5! “Walk to Hyde park” is a great little bungalow, located in a perfect location for what we were in Tampa for. The check in process and access was easy and communication with the host was good. There is plenty of parking in the long drive way and the accommodations were perfect, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. It was very clean and spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 teens without feeling crowded at all. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, but it would be nice if there were a few spices other than Salt and pepper and perhaps a few zip lock bags to take some of our unused food home in. (I only mention these 2 things because Iha stayed in other VRBO that were equipped this way and it made a 5 stay a perfect 5. Also the neighborhood is very nice, we loved it, but just know the streets are very narrow. There were several reviews that said the noise at night was loud, but honestly none of us had any problem with any noise. It is a great VRBO in a wonderful location! Thanks Kathie for providing a wonderful and inviting home for visitors.

Another Amazing Stay

Our second time staying at this property. We love it - it’s a great neighborhood, convenient walk to Bayshore, shops, restaurants. The bungalow is perfect for a small family, plenty of room to sprawl out, nice patio space out back, and the price point is very attractive. Another great visit!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is ideal, in a lovely neighborhood and easy to walk to restaurants or go for a run down along Bayshore Drive. We use it as a home base for visiting our UTampa student and exploring the area and beaches. The house is well-appointed with everything we need and Kathie is an excellent, communicative host.

Bayshore Bungalow was the perfect home base for my husband and I moving our son into an apartment in Tampa. The home was clean and well stocked and we loved the neighborhood and convenience to shopping, restaurants and everything Tampa has to offer. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely house in quiet neighborhood

This house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family of four. I’ve never stayed in a rental so clean! Our only complaint is the water pressure in the back bathroom was low in the shower. Appreciated the huge bath tub in the main bathroom and the comfortable living room sofa. It was so nice to have a 12 minute walk to a coffee shop and a 15 minute walk to Bayshore. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting family in Tampa!
