Our stay at this Tampa home was perfect. We traveled as a family of 7, three adults and four kids ranging ages 2-9. The location was super easy from the airport. The home had everything we needed both for adults and kids. This includes coffee maker with some coffee, pots/pans utensils for cooking at home or BBQ, and kids plates/cups. The pool seems brand new, clean and I definitely recommend requesting the heated option for the kids during the winter months. The living room was big enough to accommodate movie nights in the evenings and the bedtimes gave everyone their own space. The location is quiet without much noise outside for the kids. Our favorite surprise part of the house ended up being the sunroom out back. We spent early mornings and late nights talking out there and it felt like being outside without any of the mosquitoes! The laundry in the garage, kids books and kids games within the house were an added plus!

We had an amazing time at Sunset Park retreat. The listing was spot on, and communication with the host was fantastic.The pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all during our stay. It was cleaned once during our stay and the added bonus of complimentary pool towels were appreciated.The villa was beautifully decorated and fully equipped.

Great Stay in Tampa

This house is terrific. Nice pool and great spaces to hang out - we loved the screened porch in the evenings. Property manager was great to communicate with and the house is just like or better than the pictures. We walked to Chef & the Baker most days for coffee and breakfast. Great neighborhood walk. House is very convenient to many amenities and we'll be back!

Quick getaway

Booked this home as it met the needs of our location and it had a pool. We had great communication with Kathie as she answered my many questions before our trip and during our trip. The house had many necessities (paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc) that we didn’t have to purchase since we were flying. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great Holiday Rental

Stayed for a week over Christmas 2024. The place was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Had everything you would ever want. We hosted our small family for Christmas dinner and the home was perfect and included everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again next time while visiting Tampa.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in South Tampa, look no further. A backyard for all ages with a beautiful pool. The kitchen has all the amenities! Made it great for staying at home and firing up the grill. The home was in great shape. We can't wait to go back!!
