This home is perfect for 4-6 guests but can sleep up to 8 with two King beds, an additional twin trundle bed and queen sized pull out sofa in the main living area. Head outside and enjoy the privacy of your own tropical patio, featuring a private hot tub, grill, outdoor furniture, and corn hole so you can make the most of your home away from home.


This single story bungalow nestled in the Historic Hyde Park features a hot tub, fully-stocked kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for your next Tampa Bay getaway! Sleeping up to 8 guests, this home has a main bedroom that sleeps two, a secondary bedroom that sleeps four with a bed and additional trundle bed, as well as a comfy pull-out sofa in the living room that sleeps two. The updated kitchen features beautiful stainless steel countertops and a full sized-fridge, microwave, oven, stove top and cookware to make staying in a breeze! Utilize the laundry room with your own washer and machines and complimentary laundry detergent, located in the back of the home. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and smart TVs with access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps. Sit back and relax, grill out, play some cornhole or take a dip in the hot tub in your own private outdoor space via the gate next to the back door.

Family Spring Training vacation

Very convenient location, perfect for a family to use as a base. Very walkable to Hyde Park downtown shops and restaurants as well as restaurants and stores on South Howard. Everything you need is provided and the house is very clean. Parking is very tight but offstreet. Easy access to airport, ballparks and activities for kids. Very much enjoyed our stay.So. Howard St.

Cozy house in the perfect neighborhood!

We came to town for a concert at Raymond James Stadium, and we wanted a place closeby and near good restaurants. This house checked all of the boxes and then some! The beds were comfortable the kitchen was perfectly appointed and the living room was great! We were able to walk to restaurants on S. Howard and we enjoyed the charming neighborhood. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Absolutely recommend and would book again without hesitation!

Lovely Place

We highly recommend due to location and comfort. Close to the bay for a nice walk and many food options were available. Being able to bring our dogs was an added plus. Nice Property in a Nice Location

My family and I had a real nice time staying at this property for the Frozen Four Hockey Championships. It was very clean, comfortable and very close to Amalie Arena ( only a few miles). Access to the property was super easy and the location is in a great neighborhood and super close to everything (groceries, restaurants, gas stations, etc.) you need.

Overall excellent stay

Wonderful location, comfortable and clean. We had a rare “cold” weekend and would have liked some extra blankets. The bathrooms could use some mats as well. The third bedroom is perfect for small kids. You have to walk through one of the other bedrooms to get in and out so maybe wouldn’t work for friends/adults. But I would definitely book again!
