The room was really nice with all (kitchen) facilities. Big disappointment was that the one time we wanted to use the sauna, it didn't work properly. It warmed up a little but nowhere near sauna temperatures.
We had booked 2 apartments for our 6 person family. Both apartments were really beautifully decorated and the bigger one 2 floor apartment had a lovely balcony on the top of the house. But the boy behind the desk really needs to think about his attitude. Sorry to say but it reminded me of the days of Soviet Union when you could treat clients how bad you wanted. The level of service can really make a difference of the experience.
I had a studio right on the main square. The apartment was clean and modern with a full kitchen. Being on the top floor, the ceiling was slanted, only allowing me to walk fully upright in about half the apartment and I kept hitting my head. The only windows, faced upwards in the ceiling, so there was no window to look out, making it a bit claustrophobic.
nice apartment but how to use steam sauna is not so easy. Not very good place if somebody have movement problem. Otherwise very good place to group of frends. ssfddsafdfaffafadfadsfasfafdsafdafsddafa adsfafadfadsf afdafadfafd afdafdadfa fafddfaf afd
After checkin a staff took us to our room. But it took about 6 minutes by walk with luggage in the rain. If we know this inconvenience in advance, we would never booked it. However the room's arrangement is quite interested though it was not clean.
Very nice place, near centrum, nice cenery:) tha apartment had two balcons with nice scenery over the roofs. There were lot of space, nice bed and wonderful fireplace. Like to come there again:)❤️💜♥️💜
You can't fault the location but unfortunately the maintenance was lacking as the decor was dated and tired. It is a shame as it could have been so much better than it was. If your using it simply as roof over your head then should be OK.
We stayed 3 nights in a one-bedroom loft apartment on Pikk, near St Olaf's church. The apartment was huge, although a low ceiling in the bedroom since it's in the roof space of the building. Two balconies with outdoor seating, and the place was generally very well equipped, with crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, fridge, oven, glassware, and free filter coffee and tea bags. Only one mug though for your tea! A couple of negative points though related to service. Firstly, they sent a message a few weeks before asking about arrival details, and was told that parking is charged at €10 per night. On their website it says "Free parking is available to all our guests at a nearby site". I didn't hire a car anyway in the end so it didn't matter, but writing straight up lies on their website seems a bit dishonest. Secondly, we arrived at the end of a rainy day, and found that one of the roof windows had been left wide open, leaving a big puddle of rainwater on the floor and on the blanket by the bed. It was easier just to spend 10 minutes mopping it up than walk back through the rain to check-in to complain, but it was a poor idea to leave the window open in the first place. We mentioned it to the check-in desk later, but they didn't seem particularly bothered or apologetic. So overall, a good option if you want a large apartment in the old town, but be prepared to pay for parking and do a bit of housework when you first arrive.
Great location, spacious rooms, reasonably clean. really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Tallinn. Very convenient. Staff was very helpful. We had fantastic weekend escape in medieval city. Will recommend to my friend.
Apartment was in a very central location in town square which was great for restaurants tours etc...staff at reception about 150 metres away were very friendly and helpful....apartment was basic but adequate
