Stayed here to break up a long trip on the way to south Florida. Was a very good price for the room and it was decently clean. Staff clearly sprays lots of bleach on the floor as the bed skirt is covered in bleach spots all over.. Good hotel for the price, but there is definitely nothing close to this hotel! Unless you plan on only sleeping here I would drive on to a bigger town. Front desk staff couldn’t even be bothered to stand up out of their chair on check in, but wasn’t rude. Good hotel if you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep.

There is not much around the Hotel. We tried to go some place to eat after 11pm and couldn’t found anything. We ended to a gas station and buy some food. Not to good, but we were hungry. Hotel is very nice, NO nasty carpet, hard floors, wonderful!!!

The hotel is under renovation so it’s messy. Moth ball smells outside….to keep the snakes away(what I was told). We had no light bulbs in our lamps. No hair dryer. Not a real safe area as I Friday night there was a big party in the lot next door.
The floors felt dirty, the room felt thrown together and there was evidence of shoddy workmanship from maintenance. The area was very sketchy next to a lot of industrial work and a small strip plaza out front that felt very questionable.
The property was run down, stuck in a short street outside Tallahassee with no services or dining close by. Very disappointing.
Extremely high pet fee. Cheap marked up furniture, shoddy repairs, mildew in tub, porcelain in tub scraped up, pieces of toilet broken off, mattrice cheap and hard

I was pleasantly surprise how nice the hotel and especially the staff were. I read reviews and was fearing the worst but staff was super friendly,the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. I would stay their again if I go back as it was convenient to the airport and to Florida State. Great value too!!!
