All our furniture is brand new, and the property features a fully functioning kitchen and laundry room.

-The entire house will be only for you. We live 15 minutes away in case you need something.
-You will have two rooms with one queen bed with soft sheets and a down comforter in each bedroom.
-You will have two bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and a hair dryer.
-You will have a full kitchen. Commercial food preparation is not allowed.
-We will provide you with a key code access so that you can go in and out without any problem.

This was the best rental experience I’ve had thus far! Stella did an amazing job of informing us about the property in advance. The home was immaculate and ready for visitors despite our last minute booking. Home was clean and well stocked. As others mentioned it was very quiet. The home was easy to find and roughly 15 or so minutes to FSU. Grocery stores, gas, restaurants were all within 2-3 miles. Tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The owner quickly responded to my inquiries. We had a great stay.

Pros: comfortable space and accommodations for 5 people. Everything works well and everything available for use is of good quality. Cons: depending of how close you need To be to FSU campus this may not be the most ideal location. It takes about 20 minutes drive there

In town for FSU graduation. Property was located about 10-15 minutes from campus. Extremely clean. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Kitchen in very nice condition, well stocked with dishes, utensils and other supplies. Well decorated. Beds and furniture comfortable. Definitely recommend. Would rent again if ever in Tallahassee.
