Charming 2/2 townhome in near FSU campus/stadium
Stylish, well appointed townhouse great for a football weekend or extended visit. 15 minute walk to Stadium/College Town area. 10 minute drive to Downtown and FAMU. Over 1k square feet of well designed living space plus a nice outdoor fenced in patio with a grill. Open, updated kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Upstairs master suite includes a king bed and plenty of space to relax. Downstairs guest room has a queen bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans and blackout curtains.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

This townhouse was the perfect place to stay while visiting Tallahassee for an FSU game and spending time with our student at FSU! The location is ideal—just a short walk to the Stadium but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, making it both convenient and relaxing. The home is spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and a grill on the outdoor patio. I was able to make some home cooked meals for my student son while visiting him. The host was easy to reach, extremely hospitable, and had excellent communication throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Tallahassee for gameday!
