They charge you for parking when you're staying at their facility. It's not a lot, but $8 per night when you're already paying to stay there is offensive.

Great location and upbeat hotel experience. I enjoy my stays here frequently

Attractive, nice room, bed is comfortable, coffee maker does not work

This is the most pet friendly place I've ever stayed. No pet fee, breed or weight restrictions, they brought up dog beds for them and each dog got a bag with a toy and treats. There's water bowls in the lobby as well as a pen to keep a local adoptable dog which is a great idea. Rooms were clean, all staff were very friendly and the price was great. You do hear road noise but that's literally every hotel in town so it was no big deal.

My daughter and i stayed here while in town for FSU orientation. Tbe staff was friendly and helpful. We feally enjoyed the live entertainment at night and the rescue dog.

Staying at Aloft was a wonderful experience. I was able to call and maintain my reservation even though my check-in was after 9pm. The room was very clean. The bathroom door was hard to operate and had a crack in it but they made a note of it and we weren't held liable. Our window shades were inoperable. We told the front desk, they had their engineers fixing the problem in less than 20 minutes (dead batteries). The package I bought included breakfast stipends which we did use to enjoy breakfast there every morning. The prices were pretty reasonable either way. The fire pit was my favorite part. The front desk will loan thick fleece blankets to guests to wrap up in while enjoying the patio area! My biggest complaint was the amount of street noise. It wasn't a dealbreaker, as we were on vacation and didn't need to wake up very early but cars driving driving by, blasting music and tires screeching were very noticeable. We were on the second floor and facing the corner of two busy intersections, near the bus station but again, it was not enough of an issue because I was still able to sleep.

The room was comfortable and attractive. The common areas were fun, but the best part was the puppy. The partnership with the Humane Society is brilliant, and getting to play with a puppy on a stressful trip means that this will be my hotel of choice in Tallahassee.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Unfortunately, you could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms and on the street. I felt like I was sleeping outside next to the road but my room was on the 6th floor. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Nice hotel no room service but has food you can order near lobby no couch or chair in room but overll good hotel

Stayed on business, hotel does a good job for business travelers. Great wifi, best shower for a hotel. Nice touches

Great location and really nice hotel. Only problem was noise: paper thin walls between rooms, AC was quite noisy and being on street downtown also noisy. Maybe upgraded windows would help with street noise? Otherwise, a nice hotel and great staff.

staff was courteous, room was clean, the bar and lobby area had a nice vibe.

The front desk staff were friendly and responsive, however, I did have a few issues regarding my stay. First - they give you the option of declining house keeping services, which I did not decline. My room was never cleaned even though I saw the cleaning cart up and down my floor the entire morning/afternoon. Second, the toilet in my room seemed to run every time some one in a neighboring room flushed there's. These aren't huge issues, but small annoyances nonetheless.

The inside of the hotel was nice. However, when you pay for parking one would expect the parking lot to be somewhat secure. We were very shocked to wake up to find our gas tank was completely drained. The hotel staff did not seem to care one bit and shrugged it off. Very disappointing. It's frightening to think that if someone is desperate enough to steal your gas what they would do if they saw you. Needless to say after that happened I did not feel safe and would not recommend anyone staying there.

Pleasant staff. Small rooms, efficiently laid out, but had everything that we needed.

I had a simple overnight stay for a 2 day meeting. Check in was easy and very quick. The food/coffee bar was convenient. My salad looked and tasted great. Had I been more relaxed, the pool table and the bar might have been a good place to unwind, or even the nice looking pool! I loved the loft feel. It was very convenient to my meeting location. The parking area was a nice convenience there as well.

Nice hotel in the center of town. Would stay there again. I like traveling with my well behaved dog and they treated him like family. Room was clean and well appointed for business - plenty of chargers etc. Lobby was nice as well and comfortable for having a drink or coffee.

For the price there were many features that were very disappointing. Positive: Helpful staff Location Well maintained exterior Self parking easy Bliss personal products Negatives: The decor was tacky and it needs maintenance. I noticed rips in the hallway fabric light boxes. The pleather headboards were peeling. The room layout was awful. The room is very small and the closet was shallow so hard to store items without seeing it spill out. The bathroom area has limited privacy so with a family of four it was hard. The shower/ toilet area was separated by a heavy sliding door that was noisy and could not be locked. The cafe food was awful and expensive. There was parking fee but they waived it when I asked them about it.

Clean modern hotel downtown close to Capitol and FSU campus (Close to college of law). Functional, causal atmosphere. Nice check-in staff. Only complaint was the room's noisy air handler that rattled, noisy guests talking in the hallway, and traffic noise.
