Stayed on business, hotel does a good job for business travelers. Great wifi, best shower for a hotel. Nice touches

Great location and really nice hotel. Only problem was noise: paper thin walls between rooms, AC was quite noisy and being on street downtown also noisy. Maybe upgraded windows would help with street noise? Otherwise, a nice hotel and great staff.

staff was courteous, room was clean, the bar and lobby area had a nice vibe.

The front desk staff were friendly and responsive, however, I did have a few issues regarding my stay. First - they give you the option of declining house keeping services, which I did not decline. My room was never cleaned even though I saw the cleaning cart up and down my floor the entire morning/afternoon. Second, the toilet in my room seemed to run every time some one in a neighboring room flushed there's. These aren't huge issues, but small annoyances nonetheless.

The inside of the hotel was nice. However, when you pay for parking one would expect the parking lot to be somewhat secure. We were very shocked to wake up to find our gas tank was completely drained. The hotel staff did not seem to care one bit and shrugged it off. Very disappointing. It's frightening to think that if someone is desperate enough to steal your gas what they would do if they saw you. Needless to say after that happened I did not feel safe and would not recommend anyone staying there.

Pleasant staff. Small rooms, efficiently laid out, but had everything that we needed.

I had a simple overnight stay for a 2 day meeting. Check in was easy and very quick. The food/coffee bar was convenient. My salad looked and tasted great. Had I been more relaxed, the pool table and the bar might have been a good place to unwind, or even the nice looking pool! I loved the loft feel. It was very convenient to my meeting location. The parking area was a nice convenience there as well.

Nice hotel in the center of town. Would stay there again. I like traveling with my well behaved dog and they treated him like family. Room was clean and well appointed for business - plenty of chargers etc. Lobby was nice as well and comfortable for having a drink or coffee.

For the price there were many features that were very disappointing. Positive: Helpful staff Location Well maintained exterior Self parking easy Bliss personal products Negatives: The decor was tacky and it needs maintenance. I noticed rips in the hallway fabric light boxes. The pleather headboards were peeling. The room layout was awful. The room is very small and the closet was shallow so hard to store items without seeing it spill out. The bathroom area has limited privacy so with a family of four it was hard. The shower/ toilet area was separated by a heavy sliding door that was noisy and could not be locked. The cafe food was awful and expensive. There was parking fee but they waived it when I asked them about it.

Clean modern hotel downtown close to Capitol and FSU campus (Close to college of law). Functional, causal atmosphere. Nice check-in staff. Only complaint was the room's noisy air handler that rattled, noisy guests talking in the hallway, and traffic noise.

I really enjoyed my stay- it wasn't spa fancy, but it was clean and comfortable, had what I needed, and staff were all very helpful and friendly without an exception.

The times to check in and out provide sufficient time for a one day trip or a multiple day trip. I was in town for my orientation at Florida State and the staff was great with accommodating me. Perfectly located within the city. Definitely recommending to any friends or family that are looking for somewhere to stay.

Good hotel, i enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff is friendly, clean rooms and location is awesome. Very modern, fun place to stay.

The hotel met All of our expectations. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The manager Bryant, was very helpful and kind. The staff really made our stay comfortble.

I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are super clean and the staff are fantastic.

Hotel was clean and a fun place to stay. Lobby activities were beyond compare , nice bar area and pool table

Downtown Tallahassee is dead, the amenities of the hotel are great and great for going for a run about town in the morning. But zero local coffee shops and very few restaurants within walking distance. Also one night they had live music - which was great until I tried to go to bed at 10pm and it was still blasting.

I would recommend this hotel, because of its location & friendly staff. The room was clean it's location is great close to campuses and in heart of downtown. I would stay there in future visits.

The hotel staff was very friendly upon checking in. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. I had a slight issue with the sink in the room not draining properly and they fixed it immediately. Very attentive staff. The hotel atmosphere is modern and inviting. They have a shuttle that takes you to FSU and will pick you up anytime during their shuttle hours. We actually walked back to the hotel which wasn't too far. It's close proximity to FSU. Would stay there again.
