The hotel is located right next to MRT with lots of eateries around. Hotel staffs are very professional with top notch services. The dislikes will be smell smoking of cigarettes in the room..and no wardrobe to hang the clothes.

It was a good experience. But room is not very spacious and no windows. Service was average. But location is really good. Lots of shops around the area and very convenient. I’ve read reviews about the noise from the night club or ktv in the same building. But I didn’t find it noisy. Maybe because it was a Sunday. My review may not be as accurate as I only stayed for one night. Overall it was okay.

Convenient surroundings...the room hygiene is clean but the cleaner could use some vacuuming as it is really dusty. Downside no windows to know the weather. Noisy door banging from other rooms. Close to MRT station walking distance. Helpful friendly staff!

The room air-con is not functioning. The temperature remained on 18 degrees And cannot adjust at all. The staff explained it’s due to central air conditioning. After 4 nights, I finally caught a bad cold and fever. The staff is willing to help change the room after I demand moving out. The new room air-con works fine and be adjustable.

the hotel itself is good

front counter staff not exactly welcoming. and annoying checking out time reminders on the last day to remind you to check out. i know the checkout time. i don't need 2 calls to remind me, especially when i'm not late. and there are these weird bouncer looking guys down stairs constantly asking where you're going once you try to enter the building.

The hotel is well located within the shopping district and is right beside MRT station. Room is small as usual, but the one that we stayed in has no window, it was impossible to wake up in the morning and light was very dim. No breakfirst but there is a pantry free flow soft drinks and instant noodles, they gave free 茶叶蛋as well.

Ok for the price

Hotel was in a convenient location with train station, shops, and eateries nearby. It was a somewhat clean and safe place. Room was very dark, bed was rock hard, and pillow was very thin. They advertise the room as having a window BUT if you keep the blinds open, people from the other building can see you taking a shower and sitting on the toilet. Room also smelled a bit funky.

Very close to city centre. Very close to subways

I had seen reviews that are saying it is noisy, but it really not noisy. There is no sound from the karaoke downstart(mind you that it is a few floors away.

decent hotel at a great location

it's not a traditional hotel in terms of having all the amenities and services, but if you just need a room to stay, it's fine. Rooms are a bit small but clean and the location is great if you need to be near the eastern shopping district.
