Room was clean, but bathroom smelled like urine. Toto toilet was a nice touch though. Play area was fantastic for the kids to run around without worry and the happy hour snacks were tasty! The staff are very helpful and prompt in responses. Very good service, enjoyed my stay with their superb service. The only suggestion is that the covet is rather thick and may resulted to lower Aircon temperature which is not environmental friendly. May suggest to change to a thinner version which is suitable for around 24 deg .
