The room was a great size, suitable for a sole traveller or couple. The bed was a little firm, however, that's unfortunately expected throughout most of Asia, in my experience. I loved that the hotel is perfect for families with little ones and adults as well. Overall loved my stay due to the perfect location and responsiveness of staff as I was lost trying to find my way out of Taipei Main Station. The instant coffee was the best in out of all my stays. Overall, the staff were really helpful including the cleaning staff. I'll be back to Taipei and will stay here again.

1) location is central but not exactly near the MRT exactly, there are lots of walking required & steps to go down & then up again, before actually reaching taipei main station MRT platforms 2) the nearest MRT exit Z6 is a long flight of STEPS, hence not convenient for the encumbered or the elderly or even the tired 3) the nearest lift from the MRT is nearby, however it operates only until 8PM daily, which is quite ridiculous because most tourists would certainly come back to hotel after 8PM, hence unable to use it 4) staff is quite friendly at the counter, however they will try to upsell u some package, u can reject. the L4 reception area is great, lots of seating area, charging points (no universal adapters provided), large multi-purpose bathroom, changing room, kids playroom etc 5) there is NO default room service provided daily, u need to submit a FORM a day in advance if u need room cleaning. else u can also call the reception to empty ur bins daily & provide a change of towels. the staff that come over will hint that u can bag up ur bins daily urself & throw them at the bins at L4. 6) also, a hotel staff came over (young boy with glasses), used his hands to pick up trash, pick up dirty towels from the floor, & then proceed to use the SAME HANDS to pick & give us our "fresh" towels. goodness gracious. 7) room itself is ok in size, & very clean. however the shower pressure is poor & unsatisfactory, chair provided was extremely old & squeaky. sound insulation is poor

We appreciate staff’s willingness to help. Great viewing ( not working zone area ) above Taipei centre station . Good aircon. Very enjoyable mood around bypass. Room rates had been changed top dollars is not graceful. We keep everything from amenities in order and tidy.

The hotel is located in an old building combined with other offices, which looks very old from the outside, but the room floors and hotel’s reception are new and renovated. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower was great, and the location was excellent.

It's the first time I went to Taiwan. They have a group of friendly staff that is readily available to assist visitors at their level 4 receptionist area 24/7. The room, bed, toilet and shower area is very clean. Towel and clearing of rubbish is upon request and they will do it within the next 30mins for you in my experience during my stay of 8 days. The location is very good, it's above the Exit (Zone 8) of the Taipei Main Station, very convenient to travel around. Roaders Plus Hotel had given me a very positive experience in my Visit, will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks!
