The room was a decent size, clean, and comfortable for the duration of the stay. The bathroom was decent size, the door lock to the slider door to the shower area was broken. The carpet in the room had some stains, which I have also noticed at several other hotels during my travels in Australia. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. Hotel can definitely use some renovations. Parking on site is available for free. Walking distance to the Campbell town train station for easy transportation access. Few eating options nearby.

The room was good when we went in , but we found we had to ask them to do certain tasks like hoover or fresh sheets, the bathroom area was not cleaned very regularly. We were in an a exclusive room , but there were no table or chairs outside and we asked but was told they didn’t have any and we were there for 3 weeks , I said to receptionist that I wouldn’t give great feed back and she said that’s okay 🤔 you couldn’t play ball in the pool , no barbecue as advertised, the cleaners were nice , but they didn’t have anything nice to say about management
