The check in was good no issues got to the room it look clean but when I got to the bathroom it wasn't mark's on the tiles no bathmat or face cloths no soap or body wash no bin in the bathroom. Then I checked for milk for a cup of tea and no milk, one pillow each and it was very thin. For what I paid i thought it would of come with everything u would expect in a hotel/Apartment.

Aurburn studio was a okay place to stay for a couple of nights.Although we did find that it wasn't the cleanest that we have stayed at. It was lacking very basic items like only one towel rail come on there's two people staying. no face washer, no tv, no dish cloth, no hand towels, no tea towel. It has a induction cooktop with no pots or pans.the supplied coffee and sugar was about enough for 2 cups total.and no toaster, bed was very average/ hard Took all of the two days to find the remote for the a/c which was hidden behind the curtains/ blinds this place at the time of rewiew was like 6 weeks old, the furnishings are so very cheap

The property is brand new, It is one of the cleanest properties in Sydney. The girl who handles bookings is extremely nice and caring. It is a family run business and you get that personal attention. I stayed there for 1 month and recommend it on all levels.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The room itself was clean but had a strange smell that wouldn't go away. The plates in the drawers had been put away sopping wet and were sitting in a puddle of mouldy water. The bed was poorly made and the mattress was like sleeping on concrete. I woke up each day with a head ache and had to purchase additional pillows to make it somewhat bearable. The check in staff member couldn't find my booking and argued with me about it. I had to bring up my booking confirmation on my phone before they could locate it.
