We stayed in these apartments for 2 nights. Although some of the furniture is a little outdated, the apartment was spacious and suited our needs. Beautiful hot shower and great pressure. A little noisy from other guests but reception addressed the issue. Shops and local club within walking distance. I think for the price parking should have been included but wasn’t so a bit disappointed. Overall a comfortable stay.

I am utterly disgraced at this companies handling of our final account. Money taken out of our account with no explanation. I sent an email to ask what the fee was for, to which they told me a can of solo was taken from the mini bar. No it most certainly wasn't. We didn't touch the mini bar. When I contacted them again to tell them this, they said that was what was on the housekeeping report. Well the housekeeping report is wrong! I told them to take this charge off my credit card, which they haven't done so. They said they'll 'look into it'. Still no reply from the motel and still the charge remains. I will be taking this further and reporting it to the ACCC. I've had enough.

First room we were show was musky and smelly - they had tried hard to cover it up with some deodoriser, but that seemed to make it worse. Carpets were dirty. Sleeping area (upstairs) smelt of smoke. Bathroom was old and unappealing. Rodent hole in external door (6cm in dia). Smelt like there had been animals in the room - rodents? We were offered another room, and only stepped inside the door to realise it was going to be the same. Horrible - we could not stay and had to find alternate accommodation in the area at short notice. No refund was offered!

I had recently booked an apartment for around a week's stay but due to some situation had to cancel for just 1 day. Despite the fact that their site on booking.com says that they can try and refund the amount, absolutely no effort was made by them to try and understand the situation and provide a refund for just 1 day despite the fact that we would be staying for the remaining days. It was disappointing because when the same situation occurred at another hotel, even though they did not mention about a refund anywhere, we still got our complete refund. I believe it is just about how well you stick to what you write and if they really do not want to provide the refund, they should simply remove the option to ask for a refund from their website at booking.com

We are 2 back packers that had been on a 5 week road trip so we chose these apartments to chill out and have long baths after only having cold showers on our trip. The apartment they give us was very dated but seemed comfortable enough. The first problem we had was that our card for the aircon didn’t work so I called reception to have a look, there solution was to stick a knife in there as they didn’t have a replacement card.... The second problem was when I went for a shower, after a few minutes in I turned round to see the bathroom floor flooded with dirty water that had come up through the drain, we where told by reception there was nothing they could do until morning and were giving towels to clean up the mess our selfs. They moved us to a new room the next morning, this one was a lot nicer. It seemed to be newly refurbished but it didn’t have the bath (the main reason for choosing the place). We were offered no compensation for the inconvenience.

When we arrived the room was still a mess from the previous people that stayed and it was 1.5 hours past the check in time. The reception informed me the room was ready and later stated they mixed up what rooms were done. Was not impressed. The next day we left so they can do the daily clean. When we came back the floor wasn’t vacuumed and the sign that it had been cleaned was put back on the door from the previous day. The railing on the balcony was rusted and in poor condition. The pool size is also a joke. Only one room can use it due to its size. On the plus the shower in the ensuite was fantastic. A four star rating is not warranted. If the service wasn’t so poor, it would be 3 star at best.

The 2 bedroom apartment was great and a big step up from 12 months ago when we stayed at another place in the area. Lovely aircon, ensuite and bathroom were great. The only criticism I have of the 1 night stay was that the pool was not clean enough to swim in. As it was over 30 would have been nice to swim in it.

This place was terrible. Broken smoke detectors, mouldy bathroom, fridge that froze everything, upstairs rooms like an oven with broken fan, futons with paper thin mattress, air-conditioning that dripped onto futon, no housekeeping for 2 days, so not enough dishwashing liquid to even wash up.

The location is great, 5 mins from the Shopping Mall and central to many other locations. We had a three-bedroom apartment which was very modern. Only a couple of issues with a dirty doona on the main bed which I reported to reception. The other issue was loud noisy fans in the bedrooms. It was hot so those in the bedrooms had an uncomfortable sleep as it was hot. There was an air conditioning unit in the lounge where there are two pull out beds so it was cool in there. We managed ok and it didn't get in the way of us enjoying our stay.

Good clean rooms. Comfortable with fresh linen. Centrally located, noise free and friendly courteous staff. Had a glitch in the original reservation but the friendly staff speedily rectified oversight and made sure our every needs and comfort was met
