Call reception, call them many time but no answer only responded via sms. She cant speak English it hard to understand. No proper instructuon on check in and usage. ALL electrical circuit breakers were turn OFF. Luckily I am an electrical guy that dare to turn ON by myself. Room condition is worst l, lack of maintenance, so run down to call luxury apartment, kitchenette and pantryi items conditions are unusable, no gas, no electrical connection, water kettle so dirty, not usable even to boil hot water. Toilet smell like sewage, toiletries and towels are not provide. Please bring you own if intend to book this room. Will NEVER book here again.

The property is within walking distance to Pakuwon Trade Centre (PTC) which is connected to other Super malls. A very convenient place to relax and enjoy other activities in the evening. Access to the property is via microchip card key and it is 24-hrs security guarded.
