Evaluation

Room was clean and very comfortable. Someone had left the heat on and the room was very warm. Not good, since it was over 92° outside. We discovered ants on the desktop and on the bathroom floor. This limited our usage of the desk. We also came to the conclusion that the bathroom fan wasn't working well. Steam built up considerably after just one shower. ALSO, they need to install grab bars for getting in and out of the shower/tub.

We like the vibrant colors and design all around! Our 1-night room stay was decent as well as breakfast. Almost ran out of food during breakfast though and there were a lot of people in line. It felt like a maze looking for our room. No elevator for our infant on a stroller supposedly for a room on the upper floor to avoid noise at our initial room; the room we stayed had minimal noise.

Amazing experience! Clean and comfortable rooms. The only downside is that the phones inside the rooms did not work but even then, we used our personal phones to call the front desk and they were not answering despite calling multiple times.

I booked a room with a king-size bed but was given a room with two queens at check-in. When I went to the reception to correct the issue, the staff member who assisted me was not very friendly and made it feel like it was a big inconvenience to switch me to the room I had originally booked. I believe it’s important that the room reserved matches what is given at check-in, and that guests are treated with a welcoming attitude when issues like this come up. There was not hot water in the shower.

Amazing looking hotel, not the usual bland boring look. Very clean and well maintained. I would say however as the entire hotel is built around the pool it could get a bit noisy at times. If your a light sleeper I recommend getting a room on the outside facing rooms away from the pool
