Rooms are clean and spacious. There is ample parking and they serve a really good breakfast. I've stayed there twice and had a great experience both times!

The beds were really cute with the little curtain thing. Made me feel like i was somewhere tropocal The pool area was design also very cute, with the little fire pit and nice sofa chairs.

Great Breakfast! Traffic noise could be heard in the room which they mentioned at check-in and they offered an inside room for an additional $10.

Great location. The walls were thin but it is an older hotel so it’s to be expected. The front desk staff were sooo nice!!!

Surprisingly nice place. Clearly a renovated motel (all corridors are external, but none face the street or other properties) with a nice job done on the renovation. Room decor was nicely done, excellent workspace in room, both much better than at a cookie-cutter chain hotel. Location is within 15 minutes of SJC airport (longer at rush hour), with some decent restaurants nearby. A car is essential, otherwise plan on Uber/Lyft, as it can take a while to get anywhere on the local buses. This was a personal trip, and the hotel worked out well enough that I'd consider staying here for a business trip, ift the likely rush-hour traffic delays for the business location aren't seriously unreasonable.

Had a ground level ADA compliant room (even though we didn't need one). Bathroom was huge and almost the size of an entire other bedroom! Bed was soft and comfy with lots of pillows. Enjoyed the extra stuff in the room like a makeup mirror (my daughter loved using it to get ready for a concert we were in town to attend), refrigerator (hidden under the desk), great smelling soaps, coffee maker, and we absolutely loved the free breakfast in the morning!!! Melissa was very attentive and made sure or stay was great!.

Room is is spacious, nicely furnished, and has good bath products. Excellent breakfast selection, too.

We had a 2 night stay, our check In was great but for some reason both our room cards were turned off the next day, it was a bit annoying. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was very good and better than expected. The only problem was we didn’t sleep because the bed was pretty terrible; it was super uncomfortable to sleep on and the door to the room had a huge gap on the bottom so all noise from the hallway and street came into the room. It would have been a nice hotel but due to complete lack of sleep on vacation, it kind of ruined it.

It's a nice little Oasis with a wonderful pool. Beds are too soft. Fantastic breakfast with even rice and kimchi.

enjoyed breakfast and cost and convenient to airport and where we needed to be

Clean hotel with tropical decour. Everything was great about the hotel, very secure.

We stayed at this hotel based on a friend's recommendation. We met him and other friends here and spent the weekend. It was enjoyable; the room was comfortable and clean. The bed was also comfortable. I especially liked that there were multiple outlets to charge our many devices. My only negative experience is when I booked through Orbitz, I was given a 2 hour extension for checkout. I confirmed this when I checked in that I would be able to check at 2 pm rather than 12 noon and the front desk assured me that this was correct. On check out day at 12:30 pm, a staff person knocked on the door and asked why we had not checked out yet. I showed him my reservation that stated we were good to check out 2 hours later and he apologized and said that it wasn't on his clipboard. We were all packed up but decided to relax at the pool until it was time to check out and we put the Do Not Disturb sign on the knob. When we returned to the room around 1:50 pm, housekeeping was in the room cleaning it up. This was upsetting to me. I know it was not housekeeping's fault because she was just doing her job but I still did not like it. I did inform the front desk when I checked out.

Exceeded our expectations. Rice and kimchi served with the rest of the standard breakfast offering was a pleasant surprise.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed my time staying here.

Great experience, nice and peaceful room, great breakfast.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable, and good breakfast. Ryan from the front desk was very nice with our accomodations.
