The staff was lovely. They were very helpful when we needed extra pillows and to store luggage for a bit. It was very convenient having a mini kitchen. The location was a bit hard for the taxi to find in the dark, but we made it. Also was so cute that they left St. Nicholas chocolates outside everyone's room on St. Nicholas Day. I normally leave treats for my hubby, but hadn't done it since we were traveling and it was such a kind gesture.

It quite a modern place, very clean - about a 5/10 min taxi from the airport. Its a 5/10min walks to the train so only 1 stop on the train to the airport and on the main city line so very easy to get into the city or back to the airport.
