The staff was very helpful - we didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that - I liked the set up in the room - very roomy - average on cleaning - it was old and needed some upgrades - one of the faucets by the coffee maker was not working but it was ok - only stayed two nights - didn't actually spend much time there to take advantage of any of the amenities - I would stay there again - price was better than most other places - it was sufficient.

There was no spa, there was no pool, there were no amenities, I checked in, went to the room and it was beyond DISGUSTING. I then checked out and left, I did not even spend more than 10 minutes in the building. The ad and photos were completely misleading, I expect a full refund and even that will not make up for the inconveniences you have caused me that night!!!

We arrived at this hotel and it was flooded. No fire spinlers working as they had been turned off by the fire department. We waited over an hour to be checked in because the police prohibited entrance. Because Expedia had enacted a no refund policy we felt compelled to stay there. What really aggravated me was the fact that they gave no consideration to the fact that I could ascend stairs and had stated that on my reservation request. The elevator wasn't working! They wouldn't give my situation any consideration. The staff we very rude and totally unprofessional. Cursing and swearing and yelling loudly in front of the quests.
