Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserer Vermieterin empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und geräumig. Bei bestem Wetter konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt wegen Reisebeschränkungen nicht möglich. Die von uns angestrebte eitliche Verschiebung des Aufenthaltes war aufgrund der Unfähigkeitkeit von Fewo-direkt und belvilla nicht möglich, obwohl Vermieterin und Mieter sich einig waren. Ein unmögliches Verhalten!

Hohes Niveau mit kleinsten Makeln

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit umlaufenden Balkon in guter Lage (nach Kaltenbach braucht es mit rem Auto 5min und mit dem Skibus 10min) Wohnung entspricht dem Inserat, lediglich die Kaffeemaschine ist eine normale Filtermaschine (im Inserat ist eine mit Pads beschrieben). Abgesehen von einer Knoblauchpresse und etwas zum Schärfen der stumpfen Messer lässt die Küchenausstattung keine Wünsche offen.

Tolle Fewo

Wir waren mit unseren 3 KJindern in der Fewo. Wir sind ganz toll empfangen worden. Schlüsselübergabe und die anderen Dinge liefen reibungslos. Die Wohnunh ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Der Standort ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge oder Wanderungen. Innerorts gibt es alles was man so alltäglich benötigt. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an die Vermieterin, sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien op goede locatie

Ruim appartement tussen Kaltenbach en Zell am Ziller in, uitstekend voor onze wintersport, waarbij we naar meerdere gebieden zijn geweest. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Gescheiden zitkamer en eetkeuken, daardoor veel ruimte voor iedereen. Vriendelijke, behulpzame eigenaresse. Voor brood moet je wel een kilometer of 3 rijden, maar schijnt op bestelling ook gebracht te kunnen worden.

Alles was man für einen Urlaub erholsamen Urlaub braucht!

Wir waren zu viert im Januar 2019 in der Wohnung. Zu sechst hat man aber auch locker genug Platz. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt wirklich gar nichts vermissen. Noch nicht mal zu Hause habe ich solch hochwertige Elektrogeräte ;). Die Betten waren super! Nicht zu hart oder zu weich. Auch der Skikeller mit Vorrichtungen für die Skischuhe zum trocknen war perfekt für uns. Das Dorf Stumm ist noch urtümlich geblieben, ohne große Appartmentburgen und hat ein paar wirklich gute Gaststuben und anderes. Die nächste Pizzeria ist praktisch über die Straße (da waren wir aber nicht) und zum Dorfkern läuft man ca 15 min. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung extrem wohl gefühlt. Ich habe wirklich nichts, dass ich hier als nicht optimal aufführen könnte. Die Vermieterin war bei allen Fragen immer sofort ansprechbar und hat sich umgehend gekümmert. Insgesamt merkt man einfach, dass hier jemand am Werk ist, der ehrlich bemüht ist, dass die Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen. Wir danken für diese wunderbare Woche und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, falls wir nochmals ins Zillertal fahren.

Schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz und guter Verbindung zum Skigebiet

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für sechs Personen, sehr guter Zustand. Obwohl sie etwas abseits des Dorfkerns ist, gibt es eine prima Skibusverbindung zur Talstation. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Tolles Quartier - entsprach genau der Beschreibung

Super Wohnung, ideal für 6 Personen. Sehr engagierte Vermieterin. Defekter Herd wurde binnen 24 Stunden ersetzt - das nenne ich guten Service. Absolut ruhige Lage, guter Skikeller und Parkmöglichkeiten für 2 Autos direkt am Haus. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn es die Zeit erlaubt!

Sehr gepflegte und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Fam. Gruber sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und liegt optimal! Die Skibushaltestelle ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man das Skigebiet in Kaltenbach in etwa 5 Minuten. Zwei Bäckereien und eine große Auswahl an Restaurants sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Wir würden unseren Urlaub in Stumm jederzeit wieder in Famile Gruber‘s Ferienwohnung verbringen! Sie ist groß und schön, aber nicht „luxuriös“, wie in der Beschreibung, daher ziehen wir einen Stern ab. Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen und verbleiben mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Hermansa
