This was our first visit to Strasbourg and our first stay at this hotel, and we absolutely loved it. Everything was wonderful, especially the food. The breakfasts were excellent, and the lunch menu was also very good — high-quality ingredients and great taste. Believe us, as Americans, we truly know good food when we taste it. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. We would also like to highlight the location — all main attractions are within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. Thank you for creating such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Especially in December for the Christmas Markets, Hotel Leonor is perfectly situated and adds to the festive feel of the season with their beautiful decor and hot cinnamon spice tea waiting upon a guest's return from a day out exploring. The main criteria: clean, quiet, helpful staff, location, were all outstanding. Restaurant was also great! I would recommend management to install some cabinets/drawers in the room. We had three suitcases for a longer vacation and had to keep our clothes in them and them on the floor the entire stay.

The Hotel Leonord was in a great location for the Strasbourg Christmas Markets. It was not in the heart of the "choas" but only a short walk away from the main Markets. The lobby was large and open, and the reception staff was excellent. Now . . . for the not so good. It was very expensive for the relatively small rooms. Housekeeping did not pay attention to details. The breakfast was great, but the breakfast area was poorly laid out (e.g. access to juice was limited, there was always a line for coffee, etc.) In a word, I expected better from a 4 star, expensive hotel.

This is a very chic hotel in a great part of town. It is spotless, with a helpful staff. The hotel is only a few years old and the bed, shower and room are modern and beautiful. There are many private places and a lovely courtyard. The bar and restaurant are excellent.
