There is no way to pull a car to the entrance of the hotel for check in/out. I had to park offsite and walk carrying my luggages from parking to the hotel. Bu overall, hotel is good and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect. I took the tram from the train station, and a short 8 minute walk to the hotel literally 1 minute from the hotel. Staff was great! Rooms were clean and modern. The staff made sure I felt welcome and that they were there to help 24/7 and they did! If you want to experience the true charm of Strasbourg, I'd highly recommend this hotel.
Hotel is in a great location. The staff was helpful with things to do in area and gave us handouts. We upgraded to the deluxe room and loved opening the doors that look out and listening to the church bells. If we are in the neighborhood again would definitely stay at this hotel again!
