We were fortunate in that our room was ready early and we could check in right away. It would have been nice to know that the exterior of the building was being renovated and was noisy.

The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the train station which was very convenient. It was a chilly day and the heat was automatically turned on. This made the room really hot and a bit uncomfortable. The staff was excellent and apologized.

Overall a fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was a great set up with 3 beds sleeping 4 comfortably. Bathroom was a bit small but very clean. Location is fantastic with just a few minute walk to all of the sights we would definitely recommend this especially for the price!

Great location from station and island centre. However the room I had (room 403) I could hear the people above and as it was by the staircase people coming up and down the stairs. Inside was clean and tidy, but it felt a noisy room. Would also bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Staff friendly and helpful. On the whole a good hotel.
