Great hotel ! Centrally located, Only issue we had was that the AC is turned off, most likely cause it’s cooler outside , but you really can’t leave window open because you hear all the noise from the tourists and rowdy locals at night lol.

Clean, ample room, quiet, safe, and central. Don't arrive with a car here, but if you come in on the train, this is a great homebase. We were meeting friends who were staying elsewhere, so the breakfast option we did not take advantage of, but it looked really, really lovely. Great front desk - they were kind to give some cultural background to my partner on why and when the French say 'Bon Jour' 'Bonsoir' - tolerant of ignorant americans, merci!

It is a great place to stay to see Strasbourg. Very convenient to walk around and see everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet. It can be difficult to get here by automobile, but parking is nearby. It was our second stay here and we'd continue to stay at this nice hotel.
