I spent one night in this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was small, basic but clean. Nothing special about the hotel, but is fine if you are not planning on spending much time there. A little walk from the centre of the city. Good WIFI connection but I would be looking for more amenities for a hotel rated as a 4 star.

I am staying for the second time at this hotel and enjoyed the comfort of a superior room. The hotel is very well located and connected to the subway network. The réception is amicable and helpful. A good value for money.

Arriving quite late the kitchen was still able to fix me a good vegan salad. That and a bottle of proper suedish IPA, I felt really good. And you really should see the old elevator, it's really wicked! Now in the morning the sun is shining. :)

This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Stockholm. It is close to the University of Stockholm and many embassies. After staying at one of the Clarions here and a Radisson in Uppsala, which have a lot to offer, this was a pleasant change. Although it is not quite as precisional in the way that the rooms amenities are constructed, It has a sauna and a fitness center, and the buffet breakfast is superb. It is actually better executed than the Clarion's or the Radisson. There is also a quaint restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. My wife and I are American, and we enjoyed the fact that there were few Americans staying here. Lots of northern Europeans, British, some Asians, and people from Latin America. It was a pleasant ethnic mix. The staff is very courteous and polite, as is everyone in Stockholm for that matter. The tranquil neighborhhod (Ostermalm) is extremely safe, and is where normal, relatively affluent, working people in Stockholm live and shop. The environment is a real plus if you are tired of typical city center hotels and are looking for something low key and real.

The hotel was well located for our purpose of stay - visiting KTH. but from hotel's name and 4stars class we were expecting more. We thought that the room was not very clean- found a few long dark hair on the floor and in the bed. The room was very average but was quite OK for us.the bed was good to sleep on and the size is good for two (plus a baby). The breakfast is great!! You get everything you need (our want... except fried eggs, our I just didn't find them). Staff left mixed feelings, we had interactions with 2 staff members, one was polite but indifferent and the other was polite and very engaged. Overall a good hotel for one night but I would choose another option if it was my family vacation trip.

It was wonderful to be welcomed back for another stay. Everyone was friendly and even seemed to be happy to see me again....kind of like we were old friends who hadn't seen each other in a while. And did I mention their rewards program? Worth joining.

I liked everything at this hotel....clasic style, very quiet, excelent staff. Even if the rooms are small, the cleanliness was impeccable. It's pretty close to the technical school station. And the 7-eleven store are next to the subway station.

The service was really good. And nice to be outside at hotels terrace. It was clean also. But carpets in the room were with many marks and looks used. Bathroom is also very small. Breakfast room is also small and looks poor and old-fashioned. But food was OK.

Stayed at the hotel for six nights in July. We had booked a standard room at a high rate compared to other prices before and after our stay, probably due to high demand on the week we were there. The room was average in size but had carpet on the floor although all the photos of the hotel rooms show a wooden or laminate floor. First bad impression. Apart from that it was clean and very quiet with good black out curtains for the very short nights in July. The bathroom is tiny but functional. The hotel is a 10 minute walk and a further 5 minute tube ride from the new or old centre of the city, so you will need a travel pass if you are staying more than three days. Breakfast had a good selection of food, hot and cold, not top quality but above average, we did miss the crepes over the weekend (probably the cook was on leave). All around a solid choice and good value for money if you can get a room for under 100/day which we did not.

We stayed here for six nights. Would recommend this hotel and would also come back! Very helpful staff, good breakfast, clean and tidy, pleasant decoration, if you like walking no need to take a metro to the city centre.
