First of all, when I checked in the employee looked up my name and asked if I were using the same card I said yes. Then I told him I had a discount card as well. He said , OH its already paid. He acted as though it was paid so he wouldn't give us the discount, when he had actually run my card himself. We had accidentally reserved a handicap room and wanted to switch room but was told we couldn't because there were no more vacancies. Which was not true. Too many other, and cheaper hotels to choose from.......this was our last stay at Microtel Hotels.

It was a clean hotel. Nice place to sleep for 6 hours

At the time of our making reservations we looked at all pictures. Seemed to us that there were only suites. What we got was a walk-in closet size room that one could hardly move in. The bed was horrible...

This is a nice motel. My room was very clean, comfortable. I didn't hear a sound, all night. And that is what I needed. Very good experience for me.

Enjoyed the stay. We were there to Move our son into his OSU Dorm. I didn't ask but maybe the rooms should have a Fridge. We had leftovers that we couldn't keep overnight plus my meds require to be kept cold. Our trip & stay was good.

Hotel was nice , clean staff was friendly very easy check in when i arrived. Room was clean. Just pool needs to be bigger and maybe a whirl pool or jacuzzi would be nice. I would stay again its close to my Son's college Oklahoma State University.

When we booked the room we were told that a refrigerator/microwave was not included in the room but when we arrived we spoke to the manager and he was able to give us a room with those amenities!! Very clean hotel and the staff was great also!! A+

The cleaning staff cleaned the bathroom (sometimes) during our week long stay, but did not make the bed or change the sheets once. We had to call down for fresh towels at least 3 times. The room was much smaller than what we thought it would be. It was one bed (probably just a full size), the bathroom walls were basically right against the bed, and there were no seating areas. No mini fridge or microwave either. The stairway to our room smelled strongly of men's cologne every day and the elevator was very slow.

Alex was a great person, very friendly. She helped on everything i needed.

Good overall value, comfort , quiet an restful. I will use again considering the competition cost although those on expense account might prefer more frills. Wi-fi needs more capacity and sometimes hard to get in.

Great place to stay and good location. Access to nearby restaurants and locations. easy to travel

Came into town for 4th of July. Person who checked us in was friendly as could be, I think his name was Jason. Every other person after that wouldn't even smile or say hello as we walked by. Never had that before, even just a smile or a hello would be nice once in awhile. Fiancee said the elevator, hallways and our room had an odd odor. Rooms are very small and cramped, maybe perfect for one person. Beds not great, but not the worst either. Would also have preffered to have a Do Not Disturb hanger for my door; gets annoying to be woken up by housekeeping staff. Overall, not a perfect hotel, but not a complete distater either. Could use some work for perfection.

A little small but great value. We went to Stillwater to do things. We saved money on the room and spent more out on the town

We had to make a late check in. I called and let the hotel know we would be late. We had no issues checking in. The room needed maintenance repairs to the door and walls of the room. The carpet was dirty and stained. The mattresses were hard. the pillows were worn and flat. After our first night's stay our room did not get cleaned and the towels were not replaced. The location was very good. The breakfast was low average. They needed more cereal and fruit choices.

The front desk person 5/31/13 in the afternoon was very helpful with the tornado information, he had about 15 people sitting in the lobby with him watching the weather channel being from out of State we had no idea what to do and how close the tornado was. He was very calm and collected the whole time.

Great place to stay if you're going to Oklahoma State for an event. You can walk to campus. FYI it's cheaper to book on here- even if they would have given me a military discount at the hotel, the price I paid online was still cheaper.

Good location and convenient. Unfortunately, there was a yellow stain in the center of the sheet and men's underwear in the bathroom floor. The room had been cleaned other than that; these kinds of things leave lasting impressions.

It was good, but nothing special. Rooms are small.

The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay at the Microtel

nice, new and clean hotel. a little on the loud side(you could hear the neighbors walking around)
