The staff was incredible; the room very spacioius. The area around the property is under construction so that wasn't so pleasant but understandable
The hotel is convenient for a weekend stay. Front desk staff were nice. Our room had very poor lighting. With only one small mirror in the bathroom, I would suggest bringing a lighted travel mirror if you will be sharing the room with someone. That way, if someone is in the bathroom, you could still do makeup or hair at the desk. Room seemed clean, though I picked up an old orange juice bottle off the floor that someone had left and our toilet leaked water on the floor, so we had to keep a towel around it.
Love this hotel! Great staff, big rooms and clean. The only issue I have is the doors to the rooms are loud when they close and the side exit doors slam and are loud too.
The staff is always so welcoming and friendly! Sebastian always strikes up a conversation when I check in. The rooms are big and clean. Nice shampoo/conditioner. This is my favorite Stillwater hotel right now and I have stayed in many of them. The cleaning staff is so nice and I have seen the front desk staff electrostatic spraying common areas for cleanliness.
Very responsive staff
I liked the convenience of the location.
Glass in bathroom doors is a poor design flaw prevents peaceful sleep
The layout of these rooms is great, we will look at booking this chain in the future. We did find someone’s left over juice in the fridge, so not to sure how attentive the cleaning crew really is.
At first glance the hotel was nice and looked good. However, when paying attention, the wall paper in hallways was already starting to peel on this new hotel, the elevator had a communication error light on the whole time we were there. The room was more of the same. There must have been a leak, because there was two bad repair jobs on the ceiling and splatter marks all over the head board and wall with wallpaper peeling as well. The place looked liked it was rushed to be built with poor craftsmanship. We also had booked a room for 6 people and constantly had to ask for more towels and rags. I understand there may be a norm for the room, but after we check I and ask once there should have been a not put on the room.
Poor design and quality of construction The bathroom door with frosted glass is a beacon of light to anyone trying to sleep The quality glass door poorly installed in the shower will not close properly therefore the floor floods shower enclosure shows construction stains shower valve tile cut is sloppy and remain in need of touch up caulk
Very clean and friendly. I do wish the suite had a bath tub and not just a shower. The pool was the smallest pool I have ever seen, but the kids enjoyed it anyway. Nice place to stay for the price. Overall, it was a positive stay!
We just so happen to stay during OSU graduation weekend The hotel was 100% booked and it seems the staff wasn't quite prepared for the morning rush with complementary breakfast. There was plenty of food but it couldn't come out as fast as people were taking it up. The staff was diligently working to meet everyone's request so that made the wait a little less annoying.
