Dirty room, ac was not on the room temperature was 84 when I got to the room. The smoke detector battery was bad and started beeping at 3 am, had to have the night shift desk worker come and put a new battery in at 4 am. Did not get any rest
Great new hotel that should be lovely except managment is not keeping it up clean, many stains on sofa, and hallway carpet. .
I had stayed at a different Home2 recently and it was amazing which is what prompted me to book in Stillwater. The room, though sealed, was really dirty and looked as if it hadnt been cleaned. There was food in the microwave, coffee spilt on the counter, and hair in the shower and the bathroom. It was very disappointing.
The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and address any and all concerns. This will definitely be our go-to hotel when we visit our daughter at OSU.

The staff is always amazing and welcoming! The rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Last time I was there there the shower handle fell off (they fixed it) and this time the bath and kitchen sinks were slow to drain so there is some room for improvement in that area. This won’t keep me from coming back! This is my favorite hotel in the university area!

Thank you for your review. As this property is five years old, it is time for some freshening up! I can assure you that I have contacted multiple carpet cleaning companies and only two have returned my calls. I have not even received a bid yet. I am hopeful this changes soon!
