This was such an amazing property. A delightful walk to all the wonderful restaurants and shops of downtown Dunedin. Yet a quiet neighborhood to come home to. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. Lovely touch to have coffee, tea and creamer available. Our host was readily available if we needed anything...but the cottage had everything we needed. Our first trip to Dunedin was wonderful and hope to return again.

We had everything we needed for a quick 3 night trip. We really appreciated having K cups, creamer, and filtered water. Everything was clean and nicely appointed. We did hear the band down the road on Friday and Saturday night. Otherwise, the street is very quiet and peaceful. We loved being able to sneak in the back way to Dunedin Brewery! We would stay here again. Thank you!

Great location in Dunedin

We had a great time and the host was fantastic to work with. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Everything was very comfortable. If you are looking to walk around downtown Dunedin, the location is excellent. It’s in a quiet side street but easy walking distance to downtown including a nice cut through to Dunedin brewery and other locations nearby. Would definitely stay there

Very straightforward check in with helpful local info sent beforehand. Apartment very modern and stylish with everything you need including beach chairs etc. Highly recommend picnic at honeymoon island at sunset! No ferry from marina to clearwater due to hurricane damage but other than that town lovely and up and running

An escape to enjoy beautiful Dunedin, Florida

What a lovely and quaint place to visit the town of Dunedin Florida. The location was perfect to explore restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, breweries, marina and walking in the beautiful neighborhoods. The property manager excelled in meeting your needs through texts or phone calls. The vacation rental had everything you needed for a lovely stay. Just unpack and move in and relax! The rental was beautifully decorated!

Great Dunedin Stay

My sisters and I wanted to visit Dunedin for an overnight and I was lucky to find this VRBO listing available. The unit was very nice, spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you might need "away from home". It was a nice walk to shopping and dinner and communications with the owner were excellent.

Walkable Fun

We found the upstairs unit very comfortable, clean, and convenient. Parking is tight on the small street with multiple cars parked at rentals, but we only needed the car once to go to a Rays baseball game. So many wonderful eateries, shopping, and entertainment within a 10 minute walk.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect spot to spend the night!

Took an overnight trip to visit Dunedin with my mom and sister. Barefoot Parrot was the perfect spot to spend the night. Nicely decorated and immaculate! We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of all the amenities, but Jen’s local guide with suggestions for shopping, restaurants and beaches was quite helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, property and host

Jen was incredibly responsive and helpful. The rules were easy to follow and I loved the quips! :) This was the cleanest VRBO my husband and I have ever stayed in, and I am picky about cleanliness. It also was by far the most well-equipped. It seemed as though anything you could possibly need for your stay was already there. The location cannot be beat, although for awareness the music from the Dunedin Brewery (which has delicious food and is an alley access away from this property) does carry down the street. The property itself is very aesthetically pleasing and you cannot go wrong with the amenities or the thoughtfulness of your hosts at this property.

GREAT LOCATION

Property was very clean and well organized with laminated instructions on everything. It was in the heart of Dunedin Florida within steps of the main streets with restaurants and bars. We had two couples that stayed. Plenty of room. Very nice experience!!
