We were there for only one night to celebrate our anniversary and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very close to downtown for us to enjoy. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. We only had one slight hiccup and saw a cockroach in our bathroom however it disappeared down the drain before we could call to have it taken care of. Otherwise the room was very clean and we had no further issues. We would stay again if we are in the area.

We had an issue with the room we were given. No water view, instead we faced a wooden fence. They did switch our room after a bit too much push back. The rooftop bar was under construction and a bit dangerous. This needs to be noted in the Expedia listing. Looks like it’s going to be a while before they are done. Again, a misleading photo on Expedia showing an expansive beautiful space was not so. For the price, this hotel was disappointing.

Beautiful hotel convenient to Downtown Dunedin. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop bar (even though it was under construction) and appreciated the friendly valet staff for their promptness. Great stay, we hope to visit again!
