We rented three units total at the Coral Resort for a family get together. The first unit, the one pictured above, was sufficiently clean and had a nice view and was mostly as described. However, the other two units in the complex, managed by the same management company, were not clean upon our arrival. The bathrooms were not clean, the toilet had not been flushed and there was bloody debris in the toilet, and hairs on the toilet seat. The Murphy beds in those two unit units do not rest level with the ground; the heads of the beds sit lower than the foot of the bed. There are torn screens on the windows and broken glass on the entrance doors. We immediately contacted the management company, who proceeded to argue with us and defended the status of the units. They refused to issue us a refund, even though we asked for one immediately, and we did not stay in the other two units. We did stay at the first unit. However, overall I would strongly recommend against renting here because the management company was difficult to work with to address very concerning issues. Ultimately, our issues did not get resolved, and we lost a significant amount of money.
