One bedroom, ground floor condo with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in living room. Please note, this condo is "Economy Rated" (simple, functional, and lacking many upgrades). Gulf Winds Resort is snuggled in quieter section of St. Pete Beach with the beach directly across the street. The property features a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, a laundry room and it's conveniently located to restaurants and local shops on Corey Avenue. Vacation condos have full kitchens and all the comforts of home.

We really liked this property, our only complaint was the pullout couch could use an update. Other than that everything was great.

Awesome location!!

The property is a little outdated but it's totally worth it for the location. We had some things missing (blanket/pillows) that they delivered to us promptly. The only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars is a group of mean older ladies that were ridiculous by the pool. Unfortunately, they ruined several pool days. Pool was very clean however!

I loved the location, right across the street from the beach. The unit was old. It had a musty smell. No beach towels to use. But overall I would stay there again for it's location and the rental cost.

Out dated and not fully working

The place was clean and close to the beach. But the AC didn’t work well, the door lock looked it was meant to go on a closet, and the TV didn’t work. It was fine, but not what I expected. We wound up booking for 5 nights and only staying for 2. They told me in advance there would be no refund, but the place is super dated and just was not what I expected.
