Enjoy incredible water views from both the living room and Master bedroom to watch the sun set into the water nightly. This 2-bedroom 2 bath condo has a fully equip kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, Dining tables inside and outside on the private open-air balcony, televisions in every room and more.
Crescent Beach Club has everything you would expect from a destination resort with spa like amenities which include fitness center, indoor hot tub, sauna and steam rooms and access to a gym, billiard room, tennis courts, bbg grills, extra-large pool and more.
HOUSE RULES:
• You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
• Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug.
• 2 Weeks Minimum Rentals $100 Application fee
• No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
• No Pets.
• No Parties.
• Check-in is after 4 p.m.
• Check-out is before 10 a.m.

Perfect location.

The condo is clean and well stocked, in a perfect location. Sunsets every night are amazing. Sand Key is wonderful. Only complaint is the beds. They are very firm, with very little padding between the springs and your back. Could use an upgrade on the mattresses.

Perfect place, close to Clearwater without the hustle and noise. Great beach, great unit. Very full workout facility as well as hot tub and spa. Highly recommended
