I am a northern girl who visits my sister once a year in Florida. This was one of my favorite rentals. The house was clean and beautiful. A nice outdoor section with a grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need (coffee pot, toaster, air fryer microwave, wine opener, citrus press-great for mules, etc). There was a dinning table with seating for 8, which was nice. The garage had beach chairs, umbrella, beach tent and beach cart. There was also other misc beach items that we didn't use. Corn hole was available as well. Location was great too. A two block walk to Indian Rocks beach, just like the descriptions says. Small blocks, not the large city size. The neighbor hood was nice was plenty of restaraunts that you could walk to.If I had to give one complaint is that their was no dishwasher. It wasn't a big deal for us, but just something to keep in mind. I would definitly rent again.

This house was very nice to stay in for the week, we all loved it, it was so fun and had a lot to offer, filled with everything you need in the kitchen, had an outdoor shower with a grill, a patio table and some chairs, it was so fun! The two suggestions I would have for the host to make it even better than it is, is to put a fireplace where the Adirondack chairs are and a hot tub for those night time vibes with that nice Florida breeze! The host was very nice and was very helpful if I had any questions during our stay, would definitely stay here again!

Really like the place very nice but the mattresses that you sleep on are not very good. Other than that it’s a really nice place. I’ll probably contact see if I can get it again next year on the same dates.
