Very nice property

The apartment was very clean and updated, and the heated pol was wonderful! You are only a few minute walk to the beach and the Indian Rocks area is very nice and quiet. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay here. Just my husband and I came. It was perfect for a couple getaway. We loved having the pool right there and it was only a quick walk to the beach. Every night it was quiet. LOVED that it came with chairs, wagon, noodles, and even a cooler! Perfect little spot.

Perfect for us!

This is a small property located in the heart of Indian Rock Beach. Very well maintained, and it has a beautiful pool and landscaping. It is small enough that you can visit with other guest if you choose.

Beautiful Winter Holiday

The property was clean, beautiful and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our first Florida Vacation at this resort and would recommend it to our friends. The Pool was heated and kept very clean. The new deck furniture was comfortable. The resort could use a new Barbeque. Overall a great stay.

IRB get away

This property is ideally located in the quiet beach town of IRB. Approximately a block back from the main drag and Gulf, this property offers a unique mixture of quiet and relaxation as well as the convenience of delicious restaurants and bakeries. The nightly pilgrimage back to the beach after a relaxing break in the pool is not to be missed in order to witness the worlds greatest sunset on Indian Rocks Beach.

Cute and comfortable. Close to all the things you could need. The pool was nice as well. We got rained in , two days in a row so as far as having to hang out in the room the entire time,the furniture I think was more for looks. It wasn’t very comfortable at all and probably the worst part was the 19 inch TV so that was a bummer. But if you get to be on the beach every day, these things probably won’t bother you.
Cozy room for sure, just had to squint to see the TV lol
