3 Bedroom Condo + Kid's Den Gulfside- Indian Rocks Beach

This condo is part of a small complex in Indian Rocks Beach called Sunset Paradise, just a 1/2 block from Guppy's On the Beach Seafood Grill and Bar. This spacious condo has 3 full size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a great kid’s den complete with day bed to provide a special space for the kids and provide flexible sleeping accommodations. All bedrooms have a full size closet, dresser & TV with remote. All linens are provided. There is a strict maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests- including infants and children.

Kitchen is updated with side by side refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and nice size pantry. All the necessities to make your vacation seamless and relaxing!

Our spacious private porch has a beautiful view of the gulf. Have breakfast, sit and relax by reading a good book or enjoy a breathtaking sunset with family and friends!

Sunset Paradise has a fabulous heated swimming pool and hot tub with plenty of patio chairs, tables and BBQ grill available to all our guests. Beach access is right from the pool area, so enjoy the beach, pool or both, your choice. Our beaches are perfect for relaxing in the sun, long walks, looking for shells and spending time with family and friends. For your convenience we provide the beach chairs and beach umbrellas.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great place for our family of 8. My 5 year old grandson was in heaven with the kids Bonus room. Everthing you could need was provided. Property owners very responsive and helpful. Close proximity to great restaurants and most in walking distance. Very safe neighborhood. Beautiful beach, nice pool.

First time to IRB

This was our first time vacationing in IRB and we ended up choosing this perfect spot. The condo was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There were beach chairs and umbrellas already there, we were thankful not to have to pack ours for the trip. The condo is just steps to the pool and the sand, so close we left our beach cart in our car the whole week. The condo is within walking distance to a coffee shop, several restaurants, and an ice cream shop. This a great condo in a great location, we hope to return!

We wanted a spot that would hold our family of 6 and that we could walk directly onto the beach from without crossing the road and this was it. The condo was spacious, the rooms and beds were nice and the beach was perfect.

We had a great time

The condo was clean, well stocked , conveniently located to stores ,restaurants and the beach. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable, but the other two mattresses in the other two rooms were very, firm and hard. The beach chairs were new and there were 8 . Lots of toys, pool noodles, boogie boards etc. We would stay here again , but would love to see the mattresses changed out ! The kids den was a big hit with our Grandchildren !

As advertised, perfect!

We love the location. It is a quiet area with gorgeous beaches . The condo had plenty of room for my wife and I along with our 2 adult children. It had all of the proper amenities, we made most of our meals. Guppy’s on the Beach is across the street, it doesn’t disappoint. Kolb Park is near by with plenty of Pickle Ball courts.

Relaxing Girls getaway

Our stay at this property was amazing! Everything was very clean when we arrived. The property description is great and you can see the beach from the balcon. Beach chairs, Cooler, and umbrella were all available. The whole area is clean every morning and is very nice. We had no issues with the property during our stay but we did contact the owners to say everything was great and they responded quickly. The restaurants and bars to grab a drink were close by within walking distance and it is very quiet residential area. Which is perfect for what we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and location to anyone looking for a weekend or week get away.
