Completely renovated waterfront home just 2 minutes from the sugar-sand beaches of Indian Rocks! This 3BR/2BA home sleeps 8 and features a sunroom, private dock and fully fenced yard with sunrise views, and open living spaces. Enjoy full access to Brown Park across the street with a playground, tennis, and basketball courts. Walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for families or groups seeking relaxation, adventure, and sunset memories on Florida’s Gulf Coast in Indian Rocks Beach!

Madison, our house manager is very quick to respond via message or text and is extremely helpful in any way she can be!

The family oriented neighborhood is one of the most desired in Indian Rocks Beach. You will often find people out riding their bikes, riding in golf carts, walking their dogs, or out for a run. There are many local restaurants, ice cream shops and cafes close by and of course the beach is only a 3 minute walk (2.5 blocks).

It’s a single family home in a great neighborhood that is family friendly and laid back with parking in the driveway. The front door is a digital key pad.

This single family home has recently been completely renovated post hurricane; brand new kitchen, new flooring, fresh paint inside and out, and all new furniture. The best part....the home sits directly on the intracoastal. You can drink your morning coffee on the dock and watch the sunset at night. You can bring your boat and tie up to the dock and walk less than 2 blocks to the beach.
The master bedroom has a king, the 2 guest bedrooms have queens, and the sleeper is a queen.
*There is a washer and dryer inside for guest use.

Private parking is available in the home’s driveway. The beach is a short 2 minute walk to the Indian Rocks beach access and there are many local restaurants and shops several within walking distance or a short drive.

*Pet-friendly to the respectful owners of well behaved dogs (2 max). The pet fee is $195.

*Please message us if you require early check-in and late check-out. Each are $35 pending availability and approval.

*Pack & Play available upon request.

*If guest cancels their booking with V R B O or Direct they will be not be refunded the 4% processing fee.

*We provide our guests with a beach buggy, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs for your convenience.

Love this rental home. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family. Very pretty view of the Bay Area. So appreciated the beach wagon and chairs, umbrellas, etc. very respondent to any questions. Great place. Very cozy.

Great stay.

The house had a nice setup. We enjoyed sitting outside and just enjoying the beautiful views and wildlife. We enjoyed fishing every morning in the backyard. We caught fish every day. The paddle boards were so much fun to try out. The ocean was very walkable even with a 2&4 year old. The wagon made hauling all the provided gear easy. Nice quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the park across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook and eat on/with. Plenty of towels. The grill was clean and so nice to have. Highly recommend this place for family stays.

This house was the perfect homebase for our party of 6 with various vacation preferences. Everyone got what they wanted: a 2-minute walk to the beach (toys/equipment included), tennis courts across the street (pickleball set included), and a private dock (with paddleboards!) giving access to the bay. The house was very clean and comfortable with strong AC and ceiling fans in each room. Big trees in the backyard provided shade and privacy, and no pesky bugs ruined your time outside. The covered porch with a grill was a great additional space to gather. Even better was the kitchen (surely stocked by a mom), which allowed us to make homecooked meals with ease. We also appreciated the number of shops and restaurants only a walk or short bike ride away. Thank you so much to the phenomenal manager and homeowners for one of our family's favorite Florida stays! (And we come to Florida a lot)
