Funky cool

We stayed for 30 days . This is our 2nd February using an Antonio property . The staff is so friendly and responsive . We had a small leak on our balcony , fixed in just an hour . The battery died on our door lock, fixed within an hour . Super properties . Don’t expect High rise posh . This is Old Florida properties at their best . Thanks Antonio for another great stay . We will be back next February

This is my first time going on vacation and this place was amazing to stay at. The owner had great recommendations for activities and food and was super nice. I hope to return here someday

Nice stay!

Everything was as expected. Pool was great, plenty of towels and adequate cookware. Beds were comfortable. Good location. Host was very responsive. Had only one issue and it was resolved quickly.

Very Pleasant Stay!

From arrival, the host (Liam) was so friendly, welcoming and informative. We arrived well before check-in, but were allowed to park our car there while spending our day at the beach. The room was clean and cozy. The facilities are older so some may find the appliances and such to be dated, but it totally worked for our group. The beach is a short walk. If you're packing light, it's a breeze to get there. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Pier 60 area. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation

Brilliant place to stay

Was just there for the night with family so we could beach and dine at leisure. Loved the condo very clean and beds were so comfortable we slept in. Will be back next year

Great spot

Great trip. Located just outside of town (5 min very easy walk) and 2 min walk to less crowded beaches. Very easy all the way around. Great acres to evening fun. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and wonderful!!

This is a one floor vacation complex, kinda reminds me of old Florida buildings and we absolutely loved our stay. It was a nice walkable location to the beach, restaurants and bars and everywhere we dined was fabulous. Our host responded very quickly to any questions. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Sitting around the pool was relaxing and returning to the room after going to the Phillies games we were especially grateful for the air conditioning!! Coming from the north we hadn’t quite adjusted to the heat.

Short Stay for Spring Training

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this rental was. Antoni was great to work with - check in was super easy and the unit was exactly as pictured. The location to the beach was an easy walk and several great restaurants nearby. A short drive to the Baycare Ballpark made this quick trip for Spring Training well worth it. Several nights spent around the heated pool topped off this trip! Definitely looking forward to visiting again soon and will return to the Monaco Vacation Resort again!

Short Stay

We needed a place to relax away from home while they install windows and doors at home. This place was perfect. We were exhausted and stressed and this place was just the right place to unwind. It was clean and confortable. The walk to the beach was really 3 minutes and super close to restaurants and stores.

Attentive Property Mgr

The property Mgr was extremely attentive sending suggestions daily on new things to do in the area. The unit is older than it appears in the pics but is a great little spot and so close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, relatively quiet unit not near parking - only disturbance is when garbage trucks empty containers across the street. the pool was not clean and the mgr said he would address that.

My stay at Antonio’s Property

I would just like to say that Antoni did a fantastic job of communicating with me anytime I had any questions. We had two stove burners that went out and I let him know about that, and he offered to fix it right away the next day. I turned down the offer as we were leaving a day later, but I was very impressed with how fast he was available to make the situation better and how he was very responsive to my message or any messages/questions that I had. I highly recommend any properties that he has available, he did a wonderful job. I will be definitely staying at his location again if I am in the area. Thanks Antoni! - Nicole
