Homerun Experience!

I spent five days four nights. Everything was great and I was only a block and a half from Clearwater Beach. I’ll be back because everything was awesome and the room itself was super clean.!

It’s okay

No opinions, just the facts. It’s an older facility with older appliances. The place is the one small room that is the bedroom and kitchen. There is no view, and if you open your blinds you will be looking into someone else room or someone sitting in a common area. The location to the beach is a very short walk. That walk is through an older part of town. There was a slight odor of cigarette smoke in the room.

Perfect getaway

The room was clean and had everything needed. Bed was comfy. Tv worked easily. We were right by the beach and the Main Street for easy walking. Only downside, they are doing construction on two lots really close by and during the week it was very noisy and loud. Not anyone’s fault, but it was a little disappointing sitting by the pool or gulf and hearing constant metal pounding sounds. Otherwise we had a great stay. Pool was great. Little patio out side or room was perfect. Thank you.

The room could have been cleaner. Bathroom was grimey, kitchenette had dirty glasses in the cabinet, outside sitting area had bird poop on the table for the entire stay, ground appeared to have not been swept in some time.

Beautiful Just Beautifull

This unit (129) is immaculate. It was just renovated and it shows. Everthing is modern and convenient. It is also aesthetically pleasing. I can’t say enough about the management either. I made several mistakes while I was booking my trip and they worked with me to make things right! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Getaway

Spent a week here and the place was wonderful. It was cloudy and rainy all week but the room was quite comfortable. Pizza place across the street made life a lot easier too. It was nice to be able to jump in the pool or to walk across the street to the beach. There’s even a Jolley Trolley stop nearby. Definitely coming here again.

Room needs maintenance

We were disappointed with the condition of our room. Two burners on our stove did not work. One of the kitchen cabinet doors was falling off the hinges. The non stick material on the pots was chipping off. Electrical outlet near tv had broken grounding prong inside socket. Very few electrical outlets with none in bathroom. Tv was not working when we first got there with limited choices on tv. The mattress was as hard as a rock, making my arthritis pain worse.

Absolutely amazing

This place was even better than we could have imagined! The location is perfect! This is an amaxing gem of a place. Our room was small but perfect for us. It had everything we needed, tv, refrigerator, coffee pot, and stove. The room was super clean and kept cool. It truly was a 5 minute (or less) walk to the beach. This place is on the north side area of the island so the beach is less crowded and walking across the street to the beach is easy. We were able to walk to all the stores and restaurants. The pool was perfect for the day we didnt want to go to the beach. The whole place is so cute. They gave us suggestions on where to go to eat. We are so looking forward to coming back again and staying here! Highly highly recommend staying here!!!

Worth Staying

The place is a motel in the area. It is small but clean. It really is a 2 minute walk from an amazing beach. They gave good recommendations on the best food in town to get. Overall, I would stay here again. It was a smooth check in process and good location to get anywhere you want.

Perfect for a short beach getaway!

Antoni was fantastic with answering all my questions and responding thoroughly and promptly! I appreciated all the help and flexibility he provided. The studio itself is all you need for a short beach getaway. The photos provide a good idea of the room and space...the bathroom/shower is pretty small, so definitely plan to take turns using the bathroom before getting ready to go out to dinner :) there are also outdoor showers to rinse sand off. The little kitchen area had plenty of silverware and dishware. They provide beach towels, bathroom towels and little shampoos and conditioners (I'd recommend bringing more shampoos and body washes if you're staying longer than a few days. The 2/3 minute walk to the beach is accurate - you are on the beach in no time. It's a short walk (5-7 minutes?) to the different shops, and there are plenty of restaurants options all over. Bring a sweatshirt for the evenings because once that sun goes down it does get pretty chilly (especially if you get a little burnt during the day). The area seems safe, and there are cameras and motion sensor lights on the property. I'd absolutely recommend staying here!
