Communication greatly improved after speaking directly with host.Parking needs more lighting. Dumpster area left so much to be desired!Trash left in the dustpan/scoop from previous cleaning.Hair in the bathroom sink and crumbs/food particles on the kitchen floor.Fridge was not too clean.Kitchen drain was clogged-food particles floated up from the drain, and disposal didn't work.Main door to the building was left unlocked on several occasions, during the day and night. Other guests may not be aware. Suggest installing an automatic locking system.Overall, enjoyed the space, but didn't know there was a private balcony.

Great for an extended stay
I needed a place for a week and this nice little third floor walk-up fit the bill. Quiet area, across the street from the children's hospital. Great west view for the evening sunset. Access to a small third floor balcony with a east view toward downtown St. Louis. Walking distance to Target for anything you forgot to bring along. Building has a parking lot. Conveniently located on a major street within half of mile of two major highways to connect you to the metro region.
Great spot would definitely recommend booking if you’re in town. Close to everything too and the amenities apartment itself are really nice.

St Louis apt
Cozy apartment in an older building that could use some TLC. Centrally located so easy to get to all the major St Louis attractions. The couch was stiff and uncomfortable. There was a dog in the area that barked all the time making it hard to sleep. Not the host’s fault but neighborhoods that barked at all times - usually staring
