The room was super cool and just right for a party of two! Great location with lots of interesting shops and the host did a wonderful job of communicating with us as well as suggesting activities to do while we were visiting the area. FIVE STARS!

The host Brandon always answered my questions in a timely manner. The room was very clean. The location is great &. in walking distance to a lot of little eateries -main reason for me choosing this listing was the close proximity to my son’s university St. Louis university.Will be booking this day again in the future when I visit my son“)

It was small as expected but spacious but the couch was so small it didn’t reallly feel like an area to sit and relax I. Other than to be in bed. We were close to SLU where our son was moving into so it suit our needs so thank u!!

Consistent and quality stay

This is my second time staying at the location and it was great. Host was quick to respond to any concerns and the facilities were well maintained. The room was exactly as advertised and the entire stay was stress free and easy.

Some suggestions

Everything was as advertised. We found it quiet and felt safe there. We would have appreciated a better mattress to get more rest though. Also, owner probably would like to avoid an injury to a client by using carpet tape to hold the corner of the area rug down. We were very careful not to trip on it, but someone just arriving could stumble over it and fall. Overall a very pleasant experience. Jay

Outstanding experience!

Our stay in the Nash 213 exceeded my expectations due to the ease of check-in /check-out, cleanliness of the unit, and location just to name a few! The unit was exactly as described in the listing. The host, Brandon was amazing to deal with and explained everything we needed to know about the property including the check in/ out process in great detail. I loved that the place was stocked with everything we could possibly need. This was the first time I booked a place online and will do so in the future after this experience!
